PE is very time consuming plus I have to be alone to do it. On Friday I was supposed to have one session because I'm doing a two days workout one off routine. As I couldn't PE on Friday I'm just finished my third PE session. I have started to se some good signs, as the book says, I waked up 2 times to pee and both times I had an erection. Plus I woke up with morning wood. I don't remember another night like this.
As for my PE session. I used anal lube to do it and it was very hard to maintain an erection because it has a component that relaxes the muscles. I I had a lower erection level y decided to do 15 minutes instead of 10. I also stretched after jelq for a minute or so.
I have been kegeling as much as I can. Every time I go to the bathroom I start/stop peeing. I have questions. Can this exercise have bad side effects? How much is too much kegeling? I don't want to hurt me.
