  • New and Hopeful but have some Questions

    Hi All,

    First of all what a great site. I am new and getting ready to start but I have a couple questions I hope you guys can help me with.

    1) I read "Penis Exercises - A Healthy Book for Enlargement, Enhancement, Hardness, & Health" by Richar R. Howard. I was going to get started with the basic beginner routine from the book, but then I ran into the JP90 routine on the forum which seems to be completely different. Which one is better?

    2) Can one decide which type of routine to undertake based on initial penis size. I am pretty small, with 2" flaccid length and 5" erect. I have been unable to measure girth but I don't think I'm big.

    3) Can you recommend a good lube, and a good device to warm up the groin area? I was going to buy a hot wrap as suggested in the JP90 routine but am having trouble finding one that could be good from Amazon.

    welcome to the gym polipus.

    you'll find a lot of info under the start here tab at the top of the page. i would suggest you look it over and then if you are still wondering, ask away.

    there are many good routines. the key is finding one that fits you. something you can stick with and gives you the positive gains you are looking for.

    some are cookie cutter routines, some are personalized routines. a bit of trial and error. hopefully less error.

      I just use a rice sock to warmup after putting it in microwave for a minute. It's easy to make and cheap.
      Starting stats
      BPEL: 7.75
      EG: 5.4

      Goal
      BPEL: 8
      EG: 6

        Hello to all ! I am new on this site and I am happy to see that many of you guys had great results with the program.I am a beginner and I have just started the program a few days ago.I am not that big down there but I want only 1.5 inches or 2 more in lenght and a little bit in girth,too.I just want to be a little bit bigger than the average.I'm 23 years old and I am around 6 inches in lenght (I haven't measured the girth yet).Please,if you have any advices that can help me as a beginner,I am fully opened to discutions and talk.             Thanks man but I think I am not. I am not exactly 6 inches,but around here . Slighly over 5.5 inches in lenght

              Best exercices for lenght and girth in flacid state ? I want to grow that damn dick in this boring flacid state.That means I need to do more flacid jelqs and stretch ?
