  • Best exercises for different conditioning levels?

I'm not really a beginner anymore. I've been doing PE for 6.5 weeks and I started off with normal stretches in 5 directions and normal jelqs. Then I added the V-jelq.

I haven't seen any official gains yet but i do know that I should adjust my routine and add higher intensity exercises sooner or later. When should I do this? When I see my first newb gains, or strictly after three months?

What should my intermediate exercise repertoire be?
And to look far into the future, say one year, wbat should my advanced repertoire be? Finally, what should I do once I have a much larger, conditioned penis but I've reached a higher level plateau?
You can call me Oxy; or Moron if I ever say something moronic :)

Short term goal: 6" BPEL x 5" EG

    "Would-be-gobsmacked-if-it-was-reached" goal: 7" NBPEL x 6" EG

After 3 months of active and consistant PE you can then add in other exercises. for now keep your grip light. A grip that is to tight causes rapid conditioning that results in no gains. It also increases the risk of injury. Jelq as slow as you can.

What would happen if you were too conditioned from doing a fairly tight grip KP?

I have made the mistake past 2 months to do jelq's at completely flaccid hence no blood to jelq and the tighter grip, lately stick to 50-60% with a medium grip but mainly due to difficulties with a turkey neck.

Your gains and your EQ should be your gauge for determining when to move on to more intense movements.

If you're not gaining and your EQ is high, then you're likely undertraining. If you're gaining and your EQ is high/maintained, then you should continue on your present course and make only minor, workout-to-workout adjustments. If your EQ and your gains have stagnated, it's a sign of overtraining and you should seek rest and/or a modification to your routine.

My EQ has been very high and solid, most likely i am undertraining but i am doing a workout with few stretches and more reps on jelqs in order to increase smooth muscle as per TGC theory. Gains have halted for 2 months now which is strange.

May stick back to my original routine rather than one focused on smooth muscle?

Thanks for the reply Big Al.

Can you explain EQ to me? What am I looking out for in my erection? I haven't really gained anything and I've done a lot of good training for about 7 weeks now. I posted my routine here. Surely I'm not undertraining because my workouts are fairly intense but not painful or damaging.

              You're welcome

The PE world is full of many different theories and practices, but my recommendation is: "Stick to what works!". If your previous routine was working and you were making gains in EQ and stamina as well as size, then there's no reason for you to switch to a different routine.

"EQ" stands for Erection Quality or Erectile Quotient. Basically it's a combined measure of hardness and stamina.

A good way to gauge this (besides your sexual performance) is with edging/Stop and Start exercises.

Normally, I suggest a 1 week break every 4-6 weeks. If you're undertraining, you'll need to try and increase your reps/intensity more frequently. Your goal should be to find that zone in between over- and undertraining- that's where you'll find safe, consistent growth.
