  • Does This Stretching Stuff Work?

    Does stretching really work? I know I've gotta have faith in what I'm doing, but it would be nice to hear from someone who has gained length through stretching to help me "keep the faith".

      Do you warm up before stretching? Because you have to warm up..it's very important.

      Why dont you jelq?
      Starting stats: October 15th, 2008 - NBPEL: 6.25' EG: 5.00'

      Current stats October 15th, 2009 - (100% erection) NBPEL: 7.20' EG: 5.375'


      Goal: NBPEL: 8' EG: 6' (objective: girth)

        I thought a stretching based routine was optimal for length gaines??

          Sledge: Whether you want to gain length, girth or hardness, jelqing is key to a successful PE routine. Add 5-10 minutes of it to your stretching routine and you'll be set.

            From one Hammer to another..............It works Dude!!! Radio and Remek are right too, Warming up is Highly Important and you need to Start Jelging too. This keeps the Blood moving good which is required in new cell growth. Read as much as you can and listen to these guys, it'll save you a lot of clumsy research. They've been my reference Pros and I've had success because of them and this site. Check out my Progress journal after one month. I'm the real deal, 46 years old and seriously Loving PE. Good Luck and I'll be asking you in a month or so "How's your hammer hangin?"

                I haven't updated yet, but I'm heating up with rice sock and applying heat during workouts now also.
