  • Feeling the girth, length not so much?

    I'm easily feeling my girth growing even after only 2 weeks. Length, nothing so far. Should I be stretching as hard as I can without causing pain? I'm doing JP90.

    Also, whats a reasonable amount of time to hit 8x6ish?

    I know it's a fucking huge goal for me but I'm just curious. I'm 18, fit, and dedicated. I know everyone is different but can I expect to hit it in like 2 years?

    Also how do I target base girth while doing JP90?

    You are 18...if I only could discover PE at that age... trust me be aware of the favorite position you are in, make 3 goals short term, long term and godlike term.
    Be proud of every goal you reach. Don't measure after 2 weeks in a routine, finish it and do checkups in the middle. Invest time by finding out different ways than manual excercises... every thing is out here and ask if you can't find.
    In 2 years you could expect a very nice result... and from there if you want to keep going and need it...keep going. you are 20 then...good sexual life is just starting. Good luck

    Ow and the stretch pull as you can without pain...soreness is good..pain not...

      Incognito, you're clearly eager! That's good. But don't let your motivation turn into the 'more is better' attitude. Put tension on your stretches, but be careful not to approach your body's boundaries.

      Like mike suggested, enjoy every gain.

      JP90 may increase your base girth as is. Some guys gain a bit there from stretching. If you grip deeply enough, the jelqs can help too. Do the program as is for 3 months, and then if you still believe BEG to be your weakest area, go from there.

        I have just completed the jp90 program and have noticed the same thing. I am way more girthy but not really in length. Today I started using my extender again and noticed that when I put it on, the 1" rods did not provide enough stretch. I had to put the 2" rods on to get a good stretch. I may even need to add the 1/4" rods to it. So just because things don't look bigger doesn't mean they are not. It's like trying to watch yourself everyday to see if your loosing weight. you won't notice it as much as someone who hasn't seen you in a while. You have only been at this for two weeks, so I would say just stick to the program and push your body as hard as it will let you safely. Less is defiantely better in the begining. JP90 is meant to condition you for the more advanced teniques or devices.

        I did not take meassurements when I started as I could not gain 100% errection due to a stressfull breakup. I will take meassurements soon so I can start loggin now as I am able to acheive good erections. But I assure you I have gained. Hope this helps
