I’m starting to use an extender since I don’t have much time to do any manual PE. I have the quick extender pro and my initial measurement is 6 inches length and 4 inches flaccid length. I didn’t really measure girth.
I saw someone comment that I should wear the extender as far as my stretched flaccid could go, which for me is 6 inches so that’s where I have it currently. If anyone has any tips or suggestions for me it is much appreciated. Also, I don’t know how to adjust the tension everyone speaks of so that would help.
I warm up with some stretches in every direction and after every 2 hours I do some jelqs and helicopter shakes.

Tuesday-3h
Wednesday-4h
Thursday-4 h
Friday-3h
Saturday-6 h
Also a question, should I wear the extender everyday or 5 days a week?
