Excuse me i got carried away lol. Ive been doing PE on and off for some time now. In that time ive actually gained quite a bit. I feel as if my joint is ready for the official journey to begin.

This will be my routine for the next months. I will only optimize the routine but i wont make any major changes.

' 10 min warm up with rice sock
' 5-10 min of stretching (stretching in all directions, tunica stretches, helicoptors etc.)
' 15 min jelqing (15 total minutes of wet jelqing, but every 5 min i do 1-2 min of jelqing)
' I end my routines with about 3 minutes of stretching and some ballooning if my joint is in the "mood" for it.
' I try to edge as much as possible, prior to and after my routine. I try not to ejaculate (not easy! Lol).

I will do this routine 1 day off 1-2 days on.

I understand that PE is not just some routines you do every other day, its really a lifestyle in a way. For the last week or so ive been doing this routine just to try it out and i already see gains. But i realized that i do PE throughout the whole day, by stretching everytime i get the chance and doing fowfers and such, and im saying this to emphasize how confident i am that itll work if i put enough work in.


Current stats:
FL: 3.5
BPEL: 5.5
EG: 5.3

Short term goal (I would like to achieve this in 30 days of consistent PE):
FL: 3.9
BPEL: 5.8
EG: 5.5

Long term goal:

Okay so i'm sorry for the delay, if anybody cares at all lol. But ive been somewhat pretty consistent with my routine for a month or so now. It is really hard to find time since i still live with my mom and dad. Anyways, ive been doing some changes as far as my routine goes. I now do sessions basically every day on weekdays, and if i am extra sore i take a day off.. I try to compensate as much as possible because there are days where i absolutely cant do a session. But i do a session at least 4 times a week.

Also ive bumped into another problem. I found out that i was a PE'er (premature ejaculation). I had sex with my girl for the first time a month back, and I came in like no time.. I mean seriously only a couple of strokes and bam lol. But what was very interesting is that i came twice in a time period of 2 minutes, and i remained horny (EQ=80%) the whole time. I read a little on the site, and found out that i had a dribbling dry orgasm the first time i came. My PC muscle (front pelvic muscle) is extremely strong, because i have been exercising it only when erect for maximum effect. I figured that this was the reason why i could do a dribbling DO (dry orgasm). I used this for my advantage and i am now adding another section to my routine which is mastering my pelvic muscles (primarily the BC muscle), by exercising it everyday in hope of reaching a complete DO some time soon. Also i found out that i am very bad at remaining an erection. So ive decided to quit porn completely (i was a heavy porn addict a few months back, but have cut down since then), in hope of improving my PE and EQ for a longer period of time. Also i will try to desentizise my penis head (its extremely sensitive! cant touch it without hurting it), since i think this is one of the reasons why i come too quick. I will do this by touching it up (sucking up the pain), a few times during the day.

OKAY SO MOMENT OF TRUTH! Did reach my short term goal that i set last time?.....
Partly, I would say..
On one of my days off I was extremely horny.. So i decided to pick up the ruler and meizure. I did not measure girth, but my BPEL was EXACTLY 5.8! I was in heaven! This actually works!!! But I would not say that these measurements are official since i was extremely horny my EQ must have been 9.999! But i reached 5.8 which was my goal, so now i know I can get there for sure.. My measurements are now:

Start stats:
FL: 3.5
BPEL: 5.5
EG: 5.3

Current stats:
FL: 3.54 (9cm)
BPEL (on a good day): 5.7 (14.5cm) + .2 (.5cm)
EG (mid): 5.5 (14cm)

I am very pleased with these results since I feel that my joint is in a lot better shape, and I dont feel that i have been 100% focused.
Keep in mind that i only measure on good days, PE'ers would know what i mean.


This is my new routine:
' 10 min warm up with rice sock (I will focus on heating up the ligs at the base of the penis since i dont feel that warming up of the whole penis is benificial)
' 5-10 min of stretching (stretching in all directions, tunica stretches, helicoptors etc.)
' 15 min jelqing (15 total minutes of wet jelqing, but every 5 min i do 1-2 min of jelqing)
' I end my routines with about 3 minutes of stretching and some ballooning if my joint is in the "mood" for it.
' I try to edge as much as possible, prior to and after my routine. I try not to ejaculate (not easy! Lol). (I dont acutally egde prior to but i wanna make sure that my stamina is up)

Additional (Reversing Premature Ejaculation (Daily):
'NO PORN - i compensate with pictures when i surf on tumblr, because i just love women but i dont masterbate to them though.
'5 minute reverse kegels (VERY HARD! But its a start)
'200 back kegels (My PC muscle overpowers my BC muscle so i will try to strengeth my BC muscle for some time)
'Desensitizing of head (I am very gentle with this, but i just want it to not hurt and then ill quit.)



Some questions:
1. Are warm downs benificial?
2. Does someone know how to train yourself to maintain a steady erection for a longer period of time without significant stimulation?
