Just finished my first routine of JP90's and wow what an experience, I kind of modified it a little bit to work with my schedule but all in all I got a great workout and here it is.

9/25/2012 - 2:23pm
10 min warm up
up, down, left, right stretching @ 20 secs each x2 reps
Jelq 2-3 seconds for 10 min x2
V-jelq 2-3 seconds for 5 min x2
10 min warm down
warm down stretch - same as above.

Did not go by counting, started by time so I probably didnt get a full jp90 workout in but I will be finishing it off tonight before bed.
