My routine is as follows:
usually about half an hour after i wake up i will put on the extender. i stretch to my BPFL. i will usually wear this for at least 2-3 hours. it is not uncomfortable to wear and i constantly check the temperature of the head of the penis. In the past i would stretch to the max and the head would usually become cold which can not be good for circulation, also it is hard to keep the extender on.
my warm up is a little different to most. i use a hair dryer to generate the heat and do the stretches and exercises the same as JPs 90 day guide. i think this way u are maintaining constant heat without cooling down and having to re soak a cloth all the time. also it can be done in any room of the house, not just the bathroom.
after warm up i usually start with dry jelqs. 15 at the base of shaft then 15 in the middle. i start these from flaccid. this will usually lead to a 50-60% erection.
Next lube up and do 50 wet jelqs. 1 rep consists of left and right hand which last for 2 secs each. so 2 strokes in 1 rep if that makes sense. these are usually at 70-80% erection. i hold kegels for 1 rep.
after that, a few helicopter shakes and 30 v jelqs followed by some more helicopter shakes. i would usually try and hold a kegel to every third stroke were you pull to the side.
I do this until i get to 150 wet jelqs and 90 v jelqs.
I then usually do a few stretches and shakes infront of the hair dryer to promote circulation then into the shower with the bathmate. I usually get completely washed first. the warm water also good for penis. I put on bathmate and pump until i reach my BPFL. i enter the bathmate completely flaccid. after a few minutes i pump to EL and a few minutes later i will pump to just below my BPEL. the reason i push to slightly below is because i have just started. i could pump to my EL and probably a wee bit passed it but it becomes uncomfortable and im a firm believer in listening to your body.
In total i use the bathmate for 9-10mins. pump slowly and graudally increase during the duration of that session. the second thing you notice after using bathmate is you will have a ring around where the base of the bathmate is touching your body. this subsides in a few minutes so i usually stay in the shower until this goes away. i massage under warm water as a warm down. the first thing u notice is your dick is HUGE!!lol
after usually about 10mins your penis will go back to the usual length but u will retain the girth for a good few hours. i think the bm is designed more for girth but with jelqing and extenders u get length so this is my happy medium.
I usually get some food after as while researching about working out for your body, this was advised along with a protein shake. so i thought if i was giving my dick a work out it should b the same. i will also be taking multivitamins.
Another conclusion i have came to was that i would rest when my body tells me. If i can go another day i will. if i need 4 days off because i'm not feeling it i will take 4 days off. I will not train more than 5 days in any week though.
All of my exercises, time and pressure in extender and pumping and time in bathmate will increase on a 4 week basis, depending on gains of course, if any as i am quite skeptical. It might take longer to get these gains this way but it will b easier to cement. I will try this for 90 days. if i see no gains or improvement of any kind, i will incorporate cardio and resistance training into my routine.
