  • Too many supplements?

    Ive been recovering from an injury (hard flaccid)..its been over 11 months and has brought my EQ to about a 5. Also I seem to cum much quicker..i mean in less than a minute
    Ive been researching supplements and looking for those that can heal the tissues and promote circulation
    Just purchased some of these and want to take all daily:

    -Panax Ginseng- 2000mg
    -Gingko- 100mg
    -GABA- 3g (b4 bed)
    -Garlic caps- 750mg
    -Hawthorne Berry- 1000 mg
    -Arginine-2000mg
    -Fenugreek- 500 mg
    -Dymatize Excite- 500mg horny goat weed, 250 mg maca 200mg tribulus, 100mg gingko, 100mg ginseng, 100mg passion flower
    -Fish Oil
    -Multi V

    Is all of this too much? Any suggestions to help this injury and my EQ

    I dont think thats too much.. unless you start having a bad reaction..

    I take a lot of herbal pills these days.. maybe too many,.. sometimes like 20-30 a day lol.. but I feel fine!

    Also hoping to heal some mild ED / potential damage..

      No, not too much, it all looks great.

      Today I took:
      Ginseng
      Ginko Biloba
      B vitamins
      Green tea with Ginger
      Zinc

      I also KNOW that the Arginine (or L-Arginine) is great, and while Fish oil and Flax seed oil are great, Hemp oil is much better, tastes better, can be taken orally, and is MUCH BETTER for injuries.

      My grandmother used it when she broke her hip, was walking within 2-3 weeks after the injury, and swears by it still.

      Also, when coming back to PE take it light, and I would recommend beginning with good warm ups and JELQING in order to help your EQ. MAn I wake up with raging boners now, and I KNOW its from the jelqing (I used to only do stretches, so I saw this difference in EQ when I added jelqing to my routine).

        When I say recovering I mean Im not healed yet..its been 11 months and still have the hard flaccid but I recently bought an extender and am trying to see if I can get my gains back with that. Im not going to start PE until im fully healed

        Thanks for the tip on hemp oil I just researched it and seems to be just what i need to help recover faster

          Massage your dong. Maybe edge a bit. Get some blood flow in there. Blood will help to heal it more quickly.

            I edge a couple days a week. Going to try to not ejaculate anymore I think that makes things worse

              Some supplements can counteract each other.

              The best way of determining whether or not a particular supplement works is to try it on its own for awhile. From there, it can be combined with your usual supplement intake to see if there are any synergistic benefits or side effects of adding the new element.

                You should have a look in our "Devices" forum to find some tips as far as wearing the extender. I am wearing mine righht now as I type this. Also, I have an article coming out about all tou need to know about using an extender. Just turned in the semi-final drafts, may need a few edits and then it should be up in either the "Guide" or "Articles" sections on here. I think it will be a "Guide".

                Very true Al. So now I have a question for Al, Do you know what major things might cancel each other out? Espcially in terms of the usual supplements we might be taking for PE related improvement?

                  It would depend on the kind of supplement(s) you're taking. If you're an active person, you may take some sort of stimulant to help you during your non-PE workouts. This kind of supplement would likely counteract any "herbal Viagra" type of supplement, so you'd want to take it several hours before or after your PE supplementation so that they don't cancel each other out.

                  With other supplements you may not be able to tell exactly if one would cancel the other one out beforehand, so that's why a bit of experimentation and journaling is recommended. If you notice your workouts or results are diminishing with the addition of a particular supplement, then you know to either eliminate that supplement or try it without combining it with other substances.
