    As said before, I'm quite large so maybe that's part of it, or maybe my excessive masturbation--which I'm stopping for a bit--but when I masturbate, if I stop for even maybe 10-15 seconds, my erection starts to subside to the point where it's not really an erection anymore.

    Some nights my erection wakes me up at night, so I don't think I have any venous leaks or physical problems or whatever, and I've never really lost an erection during sex--unless I got too too close to coming and didn't and got a little weak, so I've never really had any issues there. Is it just my size (9-1/2+) or is it my excessive masturbation? (2+ times a day) or what? Does anyone have some advice?

    I've cut porn/masturbation from my life now for a long time, porn probably indefinitely, to see what happens. Last time I did that for a few weeks this problem seemed to get better...

    Yeah, I hear ya. I have the same problem. I was curious to know that answer to this question myself so I timed it. Here's how I measured it:
    1. Brought myself right to the edge of cumming
    2. start stop watch
    3. A: with kegels / B: without kegels
    4. When cock had subsided to it's downmost position I stopped the stopwatch. Note: even though cock was in downmost position it still was engourged and bigger than complete non-erection state.

    Results:
    A: using kegels: 45 seconds
    B: no kegels: 40 seconds

    I too, have been off porn and have reduced masturbation quite a lot. The only results I've seen is bigger loads, more sexual frustration and more motivation to get laid.

      It need constant stimulation.

        These results are very effective at treating psychological ED, especially the last one. Ive found that my penis simply gets bored with the sensations during sex sometimes if I have been masturbating a lot. Once I stop for like a week my penis is in love with the feelings again and my psychological desire to come helps keep me hard as well. Try not masturbating at all for a week or so and then see how your EQ (erection quality) is.

          Stop watches and kegels just don't do it for me. I'd deflate quickly under those conditions as well. Nothing beats a completely relaxed state of mind and a natural horniness that comes from the desire to be with the woman of your dreams, and not even a thought about the state of your erection...
