    Day 9- off. I feel like I can definitely push another session today, but am holding back as it is strongly advised to let the body recover, especially for beginners.

      Day 10:
      -1- Angion Method 1.0 for 5 minutes. Done with ~50-60% EQ
      -2- SABRE routine:
      2.(1) 1 set of 60 rod strikes on each side (totalling 120 rod strikes). WARM UP
      2.(2) 60 glans spins both clockwise and anticlockwise (totalling 120 glans spins). WARM UP
      2.(3) 60 glans strikes.WARM UP
      2.(4) 10 minute SABRE strikes on each side (totalling 20 minutes) with an engorged penis (had to stop a few times to let light erection subside). Used a rod.

        Alright, so a quick update here. I am currently abstaining from masturbation and like most men who need some sort of sexual stimulation in their life- I started playing around last night, got a ~65% EQ (Erection Quality) and using my weird method of stretching my foreskin outward and forwards- I managed to do a minute or so of Angion Method 3.0 (Vascion). I saw my glans expanding after every stroke I did and my member felt like I was pumping blood into it and somewhat expanding it after each rep. So, I am very much convinced the AM 3.0 is amazing at this point. Had my EQ been 95-100%- that would have been an amazing session, absolutely no doubts. However, my EQ was quite low and while I did feel the blood pump after every rep and see my glans expand a little- it was definitely not as good of a feeling as I imagine it'd have been had my EQ been almost 100%. So, starting today- I am making it a priority to just graduate up the ladder slowly, hoping I can one day start doing the AM 3.0 with 100% EQ. So, my routine would be:

        -1- Angion Method 1.0- for about 5-10 minutes (could go a bit higher if EQ is stable). I could replace this bit with AM 2.0 in future, but I am in no rush at all, I want to make sure I am doing things right here, so I will only progress when I am certain I have indeed graduated AM 1.0 successfully. Once I start losing EQ and going flaccid-engorged:
        -2- SABRE routine:
        2.(1) 1 set of 60 rod strikes on each side (totalling 120 rod strikes). WARM UP
        2.(2) 60 glans spins both clockwise and anticlockwise (totalling 120 glans spins). WARM UP
        2.(3) 60 glans strikes.WARM UP
        2.(4) 10-12.5 minute SABRE strikes on each side (totalling 20-25 minutes) with an engorged penis. I will make this phase complimentary to the once preceeding it. I will do my session for no less than 30 minutes, so however long I end up doing the 1st part of the session for- I will have this one have the rest of the time (however many minutes are left up to the 30 minute mark, WARM UPs do not count).

        Unfortunately- In order to eliminate overtraining as a potential trip down the road- I will be taking a 1 on 2 off approach. I expect this taking many months, probably around 6 or so, but I intend (currently) on being consistent and stubborn all through it. I might change the split to 1 on 1 off if I ever feel (with certainty) that I am indeed ready for it and have adapted to recover faster from this sort of stimulus.

        The plan is the following- I will be mostly in a caloric surplus (I might have to do a mini-cut every now and then, I am going to compete in bodybuilding, so I can not compromise my shape), I will be doing cardio (rope jumping for some 10-15 minutes probably, I am yet to figure this one out) 4-6 days per week (along with being very active during the day and doing weight training. I will avoid ejaculating more than 1ce to 2ce maximum per week. I honestly don't know how well I'd end up sticking with this, but this is my current idea.

        So, having written the above- because I did a session yesterday, I will now be taking today and tomorrow- off. I might do some VERY light pumping on off days, though. Kind of like 10 minutes at 3 HG or something to that effect, I am yet to decide.

            Day 13:

            -1- Angion Method 1.0- for 0 minutes (EQ was not good enough, I am underslept/ underrecovered for 2nd day in a row, mental stimulation is quite weak).
            -2- SABRE routine:

            I have made my decision- I will be on this plan for a long time. In order to ensure long term success- I will be undertraining (in comparison to everyone else doing the Angion Methods) for the first few weeks or so and then very slowly and gradually increase the training stimulus. This is absolutely by far the hardest part of doing the Angion Methods! I am so motivated, optimistic and just looking forward to seeing where I will get with this- that basically undertraining and taking 2 full days off feels more like a half a week off. Time off training goes slow and anticipating my next session 2 days later is not very easy, I guess.

                  Day 14- off.

                  Penis felt warmer and better engorged than normal. No heavy flaccid hang, but it feels well blood supplied, definitely.

                    Day 15- off.

                    My unit did feel like it had blood flow to it, was warmer than usual, most definitely in no way cold or shriveled. Felt good. Woke up with a ~75% EQ morning wood. I could easily get somewhat of an erection during the day (~60-65%).

                      Day 16:

                      10 min AM 1.0 + 15 minute SABRE strikes (7.5 minutes on each side all across the shaft, both sides of the glans included). Flaccid penis felt slightly more engorged during the day. Vascularity has improved, engorged flaccd and erect penis look more vascular.

                          Day 18- 30 min AM 1.0 session. I kept re-stimulating quite frequently. My erection quality was higher than in the beginning, but at this point I hadn't ejaculated for around 2 weeks. After the session- I ejaculated twice. I am now transitioning to a 1 on 1 off AM 1.0 routine. SABRES might be amazing, but taking 2 days off a SABRE session is a pain and I think I'd be progressing better using the Angion Methods alone at least in the first month to two.

                          Anyways- a quick update- my unit is definitely more vascular. It is MOST obvious when my unit is heavily engorged. EQ has gone up, but could be because of no porn and ejaculation abstination. My flaccid hang is at times better than before, but not at all times. Overall- I am fairly happy with my progress so far, I am taking this slowly, so I expect no miracles within the next month or so.

                            Alright gentlemen! I have not been active here for a while, so let me fill you in very quickly!

                            I record my sessions and keep a track of my daily calories, water intake, RKs + pelvic floor stretches, exercise, activity, sleep etc. on a google sheet document, so even though I've been updating my training diary, I've not been keeping you guys updated, so here is a very brief summary of my inactive period:

                            24.07.2020- Day off (Day 19)
                            25.07.2020- Day off (Day 20)
                            26.07.2020- 5 minute AM 1.0 + 15 minute SABRE strikes (Day 21)
                            27.07.2020- Day off (Day 22)
                            28.07.2020- Day off (Day 23)
                            29.07.2020- 25 minute AM 1.0 session (Day 24)
                            30.07.2020- Day off (Day 25)
                            31.07.2020- 30 minute AM 1.0 session (Day 26)
                            01.08.2020- Day off (Day 27)
                            02.08.2020- 10 min AM 1.0 + 20 minute SABRE strikes (Day 28)
                            03.08.2020- Day off (Day 29)

                            And here is an update- my penis is definitely more vascular while erect and partially engorged. While completely flaccid (which is not as frequent of an occurance as before, it is very slightly more engorged most of the time) vascularity is not visible, but the more engorged my penis gets- the more aesthetic it looks. I did mention in my 1st post that my penis used to be quite veiny, but I am now certain it looks quite pleasing to me when completely shaved and engorged with the veins coming out. I am not watching porn, abstaining from masturbation (I've only ejaculated 5 times in the last month, 2 days I ejaculated twice and 1 day once. So, that is essentially 3 ejaculatory days, 5 ejaculations in total. This is VERY little for me, i like to edge and ejaculate ~2-3 times per day with my Fleshlight STU, which feels a lot more like sex than my hand!!!). Today, I came across a sexy pic online (no porn, just an instagram t*ot barely wearing anything) and got a really good erection (did not last for long) and measured 12.4 cm MSEG (4.881 inches), which is 0.4 cm (0.157 inches) more than it was before. Now, I've been that size during my pumping only PE period before, but had long lost it due to inactivity (I got some bad discoloration and quit PE for around a year or so, don't remember how long it was exactly). Now, is this EQ gains? I kind of doubt it, cause I've had erections as strong (short lived, though) before and managed to only measure 12.4 cm, BUT will not rush to conclusions that those are GAINS.
                            Now for EQ- EQ is better than before, certainly. Erections last longer than they used to. Not a very frequent occurance, but in contrast to my less than a minute erections before- now on 2 instances (during the Angion Method exercises) I've had my erections last for long. First one lasted for 19 minutes, the second one lasted for 7 minutes. I no longer need to restimulate myself every 30 seconds, but probably every 2 or so minutes.

                            So, in short, for about a month:

                            Vascularity- increased for sure.
                            EQ- increased for sure (I've been porn free before as well, but it definitely did not result in EQ as good as it currently is. Please do not rush to conclusions that my EQ now is great, it is not, but in contrast to before- it feels better!).
                            Erection stamina- increased for sure.
                            Size- now here comes the problem... I've measured a few times and had my length slightly lower than it used to be (have not measured length with a good erection since, that was around half a week ago). So I was with the impression that I had lost length, but today's girth measurement (erection was still present after measurement + a kegel, but not as strong as to measure and conclude, definitely) I was indeed very happy to measure a "gain". i can not be CERTAIN, but I can say that to me- it is very unlikely that this is EQ gains (because I've measured with what I feel to have been a similar level of erection before), BUT for the sake of being as objective, critical and analytical as possible- I will not conclude anything in favor of the Angion Methods (in terms of size alone).

                            P.S- Today's update on my experience with the Angion Methods thus far has been added (by edit) to the very first post of this thread. Hopefully- I will register a lot of success in future.

After contacting him recently- I was advised to resume on the calorie deficit, but with greatly reduced intensity (the Angion sessions, not the calorie deficit I mean). I am now re-starting and have created a very detailed google sheet that tracks my progress, Angion sessions, EQ, Calories, Cardio (very much recommended on the Angion subreddit) and everything that has anything to do with my PE journey and the Angion Methods themselves. I will share it eventually, I've only completed a few sessions for now, but if you'd like- I could be making weekly postings of the spreadsheet link for the users to see and track along with me.
