Hello all!
I recently sat in a club house forum on the topic of TRT. One of the individuals mentioned a few apoptogenic herbs to try to help with increasing erection quality. One of which I was already aware of thanks to this site which was ginseng, but I was wondering if anyone else heard of these other herbs and maybe hopefully it could help someone here. The other herbs mentioned were:
Rhodiola
&
Schezandra
Does anyone have any experience with these?
