After a few weeks of edging my EQ is coming back stronger and healthier. Although It’s not fully back the way it was a few months ago it’s definitely much stronger than it was last month in MAY....which was a disastrous time for me in my sex life
In March I foolishly decided to try NoFap...thinking it would enhance my sex life even further. I stopped masturbating and would just focus on having sex. The first few months were great, but in May, like a light switch my libido shut off and was totally unresponsive. I was depressed and knew something was wrong.
I don’t watch porn and I don’t masturbate so it made zero sense as to why I would have terrible libido that month. After a few weeks of edging my EQ has jumpstarted again and I am able to perform well on the bedroom. Though I still have moments where I lose it. I quickly get it back and finish the job.
The first 11-12 days I was edging pretty roughly and the head/frenulum of phallus was sore...I don’t recommend this. This may be the reason why my EQ may have suffered a bit and gave me DE. I simply stimulate the mid-shaft now and it actually feels much more pleasurable...I edge for about 45-60 mins and rely only on imagination and bikini pics/vids of models. I don’t like hardcore XXX stuff so I stay away from that (I know that’ll definitely give you ED)
I’ve learned that NOFap has been more of a burden than a blessing. If it works for you great, but I will never do NoFap again. Edging is a crucial exercise in phallus development that goes backs hundreds of years and I learned that the hard way. I never would’ve thought that this was the reason behind my problems.
I will continue to do this through the month of June and observe results. Also going to visit a urologist the end of the month and get a blood test
