Yea , my mind starts to spaz out. I've tried and failed so many times and the last few times it was with a girl I was really into , she is fine as hell and it sucks knowing I can't have a relationship with her. Having this issue at my age (24) just destroys all my confidence.

Hello all,
Been like 6 years since my last post here, time flies. Good and bad has happened here and there and once again I need your guidance.
I'm 30 years old now. During this period, had some girlfriends, I even managed to have satisfactory sex (say 60% erection at best) but, after breaking up a few times and crawling back into porn again and of course getting my ED back to zero. During that time (until a few weeks ago) when a girl would ask me for sex while drinking, I didn't feel aroused at all and would always blame alcohol for that and sleep haha.
I didn't kegel and think that I was doing them wrong, so now I've cut out alcohol and porn and ready for a reboot. My questions are;
1- I remember injuring my suspensory ligament when I was 16 (heard a loud pop at the base of my penis) and it became swollen and bruised and ever since I felt like my penis is disconnected at the base, I don't feel that power to get it up that I used to had. Is That related to the suspensory ligament ?
2- I know that the first thing that comes to your mind is; "dude go see a urologist", I did all kinds of tests and was okay doppler, blood tests etc. So if you think that kegels and reverse kegels would help, can you suggest a routine please? I used to do quick holds and releases up to 30 seconds but that was it
3- should I do some edging while masturbating ? or should I refrain from masturbating for some time?
That's it for now, I would like to thank you for your support and help for countless souls around here.
Then again; you might ask, are you depressed, do you feel hurt when a girl asks you for sex and you turn her down or worse fail during the act, how do you deal with "severe ED" well to answer this and hope to help someone out there; I'm older and wiser now, trust me gentlemen, there's more to life than just screwing, there are so much things to see and I came to a conclusion that nobody is 100% happy with what they've got, everybody has something and all you have to do is to live with a satisfied mind.Nothing ventured, nothing gained

A snaped ligament that numerous docs failed to notice is unlikely .
There are numerous causes of ed, porn and drink don't help.
Mainstream treatment for ed has long included kegels and strengthening the pelvic floor . In recent time it has started including relaxation and other training . In effect the rk etc as we do here .
While edging is good training a short period of rest may be an idea a few days or a week you are the best judge.

I think that you're right about the ligament, furthermore, even if damaged, I think that many do this on purpose (cut it out surgically) for P.E and they function pretty well
I've noticed that when masturbating and "fully" "erect" my penis has a deformity to it, kind of like a bump that curves it a bit down around its midsection, now this is painless (I was thinking about Peyronie's) and I've read around these forums that people corrected these plaques with months-long cialis treatment.
I didn't watch porn and never will again, and I already have sensitivity and very very mild erections (lol 10 %) so I get this as a plus.
Now I'd like to make sure that I kegel right:
- I put my finger slightly under my scrotum to kegel and feel the muscle, I hold it for 10 seconds but it's too weak so it's not rock hard
- I reverse kegel as in breaking wind, by holding 10 seconds also
I do this three times each every other day

This is quick update, a "thank you" and a note to motivate myself and maybe others.
Okay: Improvement; I was able to have sex and it got better so this is good news
My EQ still isn't good enough and the verge isn't as big as when I masturbate but laying off the porn truly helped, now I need to practice more.Nothing ventured, nothing gained
