Also, I had a spelling mistake which changed the meaning of one of my sentences in my log. I mean the EQ change is noteworthy, but it read the EQ change is not worthy. lol

Yes, I've tried viagra, levitra and cialis.
Thus far, all three of those treatment options have not helped. When I use them, I don't see an improvement. PRobably because I am a young, health guy, with no arteriol dysfunction (that i know of).
For disclaimer's sake, I have been taking low dose daily cialis for 9 months now. When I just took the cialis, very little improvement. Maybe a looser softer flaccid at best. So I know that it may be helping with blood flow, but that has stayed constant this whole time.
I saw big improvements with PE, using jelqs and stretching.
However, not until I started kegeling using this workout plan have I noticed the most improvement. My girlfriend notices it too. And I do not think it purely coincidental the timing between kegels and EQ increase, in actuality i think it's causal.
I strongly encourage you to try the kegels again. If you have any questinos, let me know.

yea I cut down masturbatoin. But I think the main part of that is I cut porn 100% for like 3-4 months. I used to have a noticeable problem with delayed ejaculation and this basically cured it. However, quitting porn didn't improve my EQ. Judging by your first post, For you it may be the culprit. Only one way to find out.
also you mentioned about your erection angle, has your dick always pointed downward and what angle? I'm just curious, but it does happen where guys penises have a downward angle naturally.

I honestly had noticed slight results when I was kegeling, but that they were just placebo and not achievements.
My EQ used to be very high, it's because of a masturbation habit, I would hold my penis down to increase pleasure, sometimes I would even put it between my thighs, now there is not enough blood flow and thus erections limp and go away quickly, I started masturbating "naturally" even though I heard that the suspensory ligaments might be stretched (so the EQ will remain low).
Don't know if you had that feeling, when your dick seems "disconnected" at the base, that's exactly the problem.Nothing ventured, nothing gained

I'm back after a long period, I would like to give some quick update and gently ask for some advices from you guys:
Things are slightly better; my EQ increased a little bit, I've been with a really nice girl and she's kind of helping me out.
The problem is I still watch porn, masturbate and when I'm having sex with her I usually think about the things that I saw in the porno flicks to eventually cum.
My urine stream is really weak, and I still have troubles mainting an erection, but when I watch some porn and masturbate, it seems quite "hard" but it "fades" aways reall quick

A good kegel/reverse kegel routine will help with your EQ but you need to stop watching porn that's the real problem.

sorry bout the cuts in the reply. using my phone to reply.. anyway the question is do you feel pressure in the perineal area? its like when i feel it,the muscle there is tense and always flexed or something. and whenever i have a erection, and if i push up on the perineal part, my penis head gets bigger.. when i let it go, it goes back to normal. also anothr problem with me is that im having urinary urgency as well, i cant hold in urime long. 350 mls max. dont know if the 2 are related. i saw a urologist and he diagnosed me with overactive bladder and told me to do bladder retraining to sort it out. so far it hasnt help. he also checked my prostate and said it was normal. he gave me a prescription of cialis to get things started downstairs.. will try it out soon. he also ordered some tests. ultrasound and bloodworks.. ill post back the results when i get them done.. .

So have you done kegels and reverse kegels ?
A lack of focus seems to be common with ed and in general guys are unwilling to continue with exercise, even in the face of early positive results.

Can relate to op on some things. My Ed problem is causing me to depressed and have bad thoughts, it sucks so bad knowing you can't get hard when a girl is asking for it.
