  • Weak pc muscle, pelvic floor or venous leak?

A few years back i was diagnosed with venous leak, did color doppler, doctor prescribed me Spedra, i use it during sex, i try to use only half of pill, which is 100 mg, it helps, considering i wear a condom, otherwise my erection is not that hard when i don't use it, and one period when i was having sex with my girl (we were together more than 6 months) i didn't use condoms at all since we had trust, and i have to say my erections were pretty much hard, not 100% but good for sex and i felt like i don't have a problem.
Before that i went to see another doctor for second opinion and he said that my blood flow is actually not that bad.

But with that main problem, loss of erection, loss of sensation in penis, loss of morning wood, delayed orgasm i didn't notice some other problems...i don't feel my kegels when i do them like when i was healthy, also i have a feeling that i need to go for a pee too much, and after i pee i feel like my bladder is not fully empty (urinal incontinecy if i'm right)

My problems with erection started when I had some pain in perinium area and near testicle veins after use of bathmate, i stopped after that with pumping, i had that pain for couple of weeks, but my perinium area feels weak now

So my concern is my weak perinium/pelvic floor/pc muscle
I believe that i would have a good erection after i solve this, even in morning i can get some half-erection, so it's not that bad, problem is maintaining erection, but i can't use Spedra all my life
Also my hormone test is fine and i don't have anxiety, i'm waiting for doctor appoitment to do some tests for urinal problems

    Has anyone had similar problem?
I'm doing kegels and squats for a start, any advice?
    Any help is appreciated

It's very likely all of these issues are connected. Kegels have been shown to be helpful at countering venous leaks. See:

Randomised controlled trial of pelvic floor muscle exercises and manometric biofeedback for erectile dysfunction

If your fitness is high but you're experiencing this- as well as related issues like low libido- it would be a good idea to get blood work done to check your hormone levels.
