Hey guys,
I was reading an older thread just now, about someone who was trying to learn not to kegel while masturbating or having sex, and there were some comments about how it's bad to do that. Now, I didn't know that. I just thought it was normal. As far back as I can remember, my masturbation has consisted of:
1) Stimulate + Kegel at the same time until PONR or just tired
2) rest for a few seconds
3) repeat
(eventually break the loop by going past PONR in same fashion)
Is this bad? Could this be the main culprit for my current ED? Doesn't this habit make you work your pelvic floor muscles more, and therefore have better PC muscles (since it's like lots of kegeling over many years), and therefore have better erections? It's just occurring to me that this is counter-intuitive and kind of confusing. Can someone demystify it for me pls?
This is the thread in question, if anyone's interested... How should I proceed, in light of all this?
cheers
