Hey all. So I'm on Cialis and another blood flow increaser to treat my venous leak, so I'm holding off jelqing/girth/length increasers. But I also have a problem of an insensitive penis. My glans isn't sensitive at all and my shaft needs intense stimulation (I can't cum from oral etc). So on my road to recovery I'm looking to get a comprehensive fix (ED, sensitivity, girth etc).
A couple questions.
What's the best way to increase sensitivity? I've been recommended rebooting, but also foreskin restoration (I have an extremely tight circumcision and honestly my glans has never been sensitive so this might be why).
