You can't shape your muscle, which is basically what you're asking.

Unfortunately, that's a myth. There's no "upper/lower chest, upper/lower abs." it's all one muscle and it is used as one. You can't put more stress on one part of the muscle and hope that that part will grow. It doesn't work that way.

i disagree. when you angel each variation such as inclinebench, yes your whole chest is activated but its concentrated in the upperchest region causing more damage there and so training that area more. i remember when my upper chest was lacking behind my lowerchest. i started doing more upperchest work and bingo 6months later my upperchest was much more defined and visible.

        Exercising 4-5 years? That's nothing.
I'm pretty sure your hair fell out because you have the genes for male pattern baldness. I've been working hard for years to lose fat (heaviest 350 lbs). I've found the best diet for me is super low carb. I'm down to 218 right now. I lift and do cardio 5 days a week. I do a carb refeed once a week.

That's like saying you can't reshape your penis. As if we can't make length OR girth gains or eq gains or change erection angle or flaccid size
