Ever since i have worried about not performing in the bedroom ( ED, Pre E,) I get the sense that my pelvic floor is tight. While I worry about it, it becomes reality, which is causing me to go into a negative thinking spiral. With this comes loss of libido and a lack of spontaneous erections and very little morning wood. is there anyway to reduce this anxiety? I feel like this is the main cause of my pelvic floor tension.
