    Hi everyone

    I have recently gotten serious about pe and have been hanging for almost 2 months. However, I have noticed that when I hang my left testicle seems to get pulled forward a bit. This same thing occurs when I jelq. I have noticed that I am beginning to feel pain during both exercises in my left testicle. Any idea what could be causing this? Thank you.

    Your grip is too far back, as with your attachment point for your hanger. When jelqing and the pain appears then stop jelqing so far back, when hanging, attach the hanger in a lower spot so it doesn't pull that excess skin in that fashion.

      Its been a bit of a painful day so I'll wait a bit to try that. Thanks for replying. Is the prevailing theory that one should not jelq from the base?
