I've faltered a bit recently in both sticking to healthy lifestyle changes I've made, and remaining consistent with my PE. I've become enormously busy, otherwise, so it's not so much a lack of motivation as it is a failure to adapt my former practices to my new lifestyle.

In an effort to get a clearer head and renewed dedication, I want to chalk up my current routine and gains:

I'm still using an adaptation of the JP90 routine. I don't want to introduce pumping, hanging, or extending until I am at least six months in, if not a year. I'm in no hurry. I appear to have made some gains, but am still holding out for more substantial changes in measurement before I celebrate. I am feeling pretty giddy though. My current routine is as follows:

10-15 minute warm-up with rice sock
Directional stretches, sometimes kegeling.
Rotational stretches, 4 sets of 20
~50 wet jelqs with OK grip, low erection level
~50 wet jelqs with V grip on top of shaft, 30-50% erection level
50-100 wet jelqs with OK grip, 60-70% erection level
~50 wet jelqs, 80-100% erection level, alternating with edging

Initial Penis Dimensions (8/18/11):
BPEL - 5.8 - 6"
NBPEL - 5.75 - 5.9"
MSEG - 4.8 - 5"
BEG - 5"

Current Penis Dimensions (3/20/11):
BPEL - 6.5 - 6.75"
NBPEL - 6 - 6.125"
MSEG - 4.8 - 5"
BEG - 5.125"

It's worth noting, and should be pretty obvious that I've put on probably 10+ pounds since starting, as reflected in the disparity between BPEL/NBPEL.

Also, I like using the wooden ruler because I often forget that there is almost 1/8" at the bottom before the first inch begins.
