Technically I started 24/June/13
I messed around with the JP90 program (WOD: mon, wed, friday - Rest: tues, thur, sat, sun) , along with kegels some bathmate (about 15 min a day) and SG Extender thrown in (about 2 hours). The purpose of this week was to just figure out how to do the exercises and how the tools worked.
I started at 4-4.5NBPEL by 4.5Meg
At the end of the week I was about a solid 4.5 by 4.75.
