I just purchased an extender. It comes with metal rods (1/4th inch increments). Most extender manuals say to start off at length 4cm lower then your erect length. Would that be 4cm lower then my BPEL or EL? Also for the first few weeks how many hours a day should i use the extender? Is it also good to turn the rods on der every 20 minutes or so to add a slight pull? Thanks in advance
i have been using the 4 x for 8 months and have not seen any gains, I feel the stretch but nothing is working , anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong
