    Hi, I'm Hunter, maybe a lot of people like me once compared the size of penis with friends. Nobody wants to be smallest. To have a big gun within your pants certainly is a cool thing, even if I am the only one who know it.

    I tried a lot of methods, such as Jelq, stretching, massage oils, also bought a lot of equipment. So I want to share my personal experience about the effect of various approach. I made the following table (check attachment for the full edition) so you can see the advantages and disadvantages of these devices, which may help some guys who are using or wanna try them.

    No one will be more than aware of their own (but perhaps you do not know yet how much), so I often worked to improve these devices more comfortable and effective, if you are interested, plz discuss together, perhaps we can work together to make some more better equipped to achieve growth targets.

    Growth is very difficult, we pay a lot of time and effort, many people continue to exercise but finally get less than an inch growth after a year, which is fairly good, long-term adherence can not means that people will get any improvement in size. In the early, in a variety of exercises to increase the size in flaccid make us exciting, although erection size usually looks the same but at least it seems we got a bigger guy. Yet another problem has cropped up. Perhaps because of age or excessive exercise, one day I was suddenly aware of the hardness becomes not good enough, no longer as rigid and vibrant as in high school . A sagging big guns? God , It is not I wanted!

    Many discussion groups and forums recommended kegel exercise can help you increase the hardness and shoot farther with more pleasure at the same time, you can also experience the ultimate legend reach—multiple orgasm, which sounds great. However, the surprise did not make me continue to exercise. Although I still went to the gym five times one week, but this could-be-done-at-any-time easiest exercise had been neglected. It does not like normal fitness training through the mirror, almost no friends can communicate with each other (the pelvic muscles don't like the biceps which can be seen or used to lift large weights), more worse, the again and again repetitive of contraction is so boring. I became too lazy to do more challenges, gradually ignored the practice--Kegel. There are also a lot of people with so little apparent result because of incorrect exercise.

    One day when I was playing with my own DIY equipments, it occurred to me that why not make a pelvic muscle exercise since I have made so many DIYs? It must be more pleasure through the shock after every shrink, then the intensity of muscle contraction could show up by adding sensors, which could help me take more difficult challenge than being bored and sleepy when counting the contraction silently. So I with my friends often started a PK that who can lift more weight like a lift and more durable shrink. and even I can also modify temple exodus game by playing with my pelvis muscle to control protagonist's jump. I thought all that could help me gain pelvic muscle exercise ultimate surprise in the future: experience orgasm again and again until the ejaculation after you give up on muscle control . You can hold on to you and your partner feel satisfied at any time.

    The early vision of this device was designed to be a "ring", because when the pelvic muscle contract, the base of the penis could shrink and swollen. The strength of pelvic contraction can be measured through the detection of muscle pressure. After six months I made the first batch of prototypes and gave them to some interested friends (all felt very excited when they heard this idea and has been supporting my project), but they told me that the experience is unsatisfactory, and the ring could not be fixed stable, and the detection is not accurate enough. What's more, there are a lot of battery on circuit, people feel fear of such position ( you could find they are under the “eggs”). Others said it is not accustomed to his little brother to wear these things. Well, why not it looks like a shorts? Why not!

    At last we adopted the form of shorts, you can put it to use, cause people know how to wear pants. More importantly the from of pants could allow we move the sensor circuit as well the battery to more safer place, so you do not need to worry about our little brother in dangerous.

    After more than half year of repeated adjustments, experiment, currently this device can comfortably wearable and show up accurate feedback data, then we will have more energy to study more effective training methods, development of the corresponding game, and sharing with my friends—the “surprise” and pleasure.

    Pelvic muscle exercise and other muscle exercise as no different, we found it so late maybe cause it always hide deeper, or it happens to the relationship with our little brother but it is not just about sex. We hope all people could work it effectively through this exerciser and interesting exchange, we could together make better equipment, experience the surprise.

    I am looking forward to your suggestion and any idea about that.

      Hi, thanks for your interested.
      I think there are three key data for pelvic exercises, the strength of muscles clench, times of contraction and the duration for every time.
      we could read these three figures through APP, which make exercise more effective and visual.
      Any idea about that?
      I really care about feedback from PEgym, here are so many exciting boy, hah~

        You'll either need something to determine the degree of contraction from the PC itself, or you can use the response from the [erect] penis as a guide.

            If the penis is erect then measuring the force could be a simple matter of reading tension produced when the penis contracts. You might develop a pad which sits on the PC directly and measures the force of a contraction from there.

            Of course, the effect on the penis itself with en erect kegel is greatly different than with an unerect kegel. That difference would need to be taken into consideration.
