  • Help!!! another newbee needing attention

hi everyone how yous doing. I've been following this site for the past month or so and thats me finaly got up the courage to ask a few questions and confess a little at the same time lol. I've been doing pe for 3 weeks now but i stoped on my 3rd week and took about 2 weeks off. Couldnt tell yous why but this is me going to get seriously get stuck in. Anyways this was my routine at first.

    Week 1: Warm-up ( 15 min in shower )
Stretches ( out, up, down, left and right and held each direction for 12 sec )
100 wet jelq ( with 'ok' at base at, around 75 to 90 % erection )
Warm down (15 min in shower)

    5 days on 2 off

    Week 2: Warm-up ( 15 min in shower )
Stretches ( out, up, down, left and right and held each direction for 12 sec )
200 wet jelq ( with 'ok' at base at, around 75 to 90 % erection )
    60 V-jelqs
Warm down (15 min in shower)

    5 days on 2 off

    week 3: Warm-up ( 15 min in shower )
Stretches ( out, up, down, left and right and held each direction for 12 sec )
300 wet jelq ( with 'ok' at base at, around 75 to 90 % erection )
    90 V-jelqs
    5 horse 40's
Warm down (15 min in shower)

    5 days on 2 off

I was planing on carrying on to week 5 with this routine which would have brought me up to 500 jelqs, 150 V-jelqs and possibly 15 horse 40s ( i know this would have been too much for a beginner but i was just very egar lol you can understand that a 19 year old boy can easily get ahead of himself.

I have looked into pe before and tried it when i was about 17 but i never stuck to it so that said i am still a complete beginner. I confess that I have jumped ahead far too early ( expecially with those horse 40s ). But when i was following this routine i had no major problems. ( some red dots here and there and on two occasions dark brusing on the underside side of my little general ) but that had gone by the next day and my eq has been better than ever !! Im not sure if I have made any gains in that short time (i highly doubt i did ) as I only measured on the 3rd week and i think i measured at :

    NBPEL : 5.6 " - 5.9" ( with full 100% erection i could just make 6" )
    EG : 4.6"
Although these stats are not accurate. I will measure again and post more accurate stats

I started again today after reading "PESG's-Light Beginner Routine and his motivational story" and i realised that less is more in the beginning. I was amazed that such a short routine could give such good gains and the story itself is a superb read, it really made me want to stick to this religiously. So I started with the routine the guy used in the story.

    Warm up : 15 min ( in shower )
Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
    10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
    3 min V-jelq ( 5 second strokes )
    Edging
120 kegels while doing the routine along with 100-200 during the day
On a 2 days on 1 off regime

( except i added the V-jelqs and the edging into this routine )

I supose my questions are :
    a) because i had such an intense routine to begin with do you think my penis will respond to the lighter workout ? or should i up it slightly ?
    b) I dont know if i am jelqing properly as in my erection is too high or too low. what would a 70% erection look like ? could i have sex with this level of erection ?
c)will spending a short time like this on a routine give me gains eventually as my first routine took about and hour
    d) I am a bit puzzled as to how the circle stretches go
    e) and lastly is this new routine good enough or should i be doing something completely different ?

I am really just looking for something that will work for me so that in 3 months time im not in the position to have to come searching for another routine as i have had no gains ?

Really sorry for the long post, and i do appreciate anybody who takes the time to read this and help me out.

You really should do the jp90 routine in the sticky to start off with for 3 months then work by adding stuff to the routine once your dick is conditioned.

That PESG is exactly what I followed for my first 90 days. I had gains of 1/2" BPEL. I think it is a great place to start and there is no reason not to restart there. Your intense routine could have injured you. You were definitely overtraining which hinders gains. I took two months off and have restarted with the same routine.
70% I think would be borderline for having sex. Your penis should be able to bend. I start jelqing at low erection levels like just enough blood in there for a jelq and let it build up over the workout.

Steve 23: it is not necessary to follow JPs 90 day routine to be conditioned; it is just the most popular routine that people follow. If you were just suggesting a routine then i apologize.

An EQ [erection quality] of 90% is pretty dangerous to be jelqing at if you are just beginning. 50-70% should be good. Also i know AimHi is following PESGs routine so you may want to check with him and see how he is going with it.

        Good luck. SAFETY FIRST!

Welcome to the PE Gym. PESG is a solid beginner routine. Congratulations on your improved EQ.
          a) Your penis should respond just fine. After a few months you can start to increase your workouts.
          b) Here is a great jelq read. Jelq & Jelqing - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness
          c) Every one gains at different rates. For some they get good gains during the first few months others may not gain for months.
          d) Rotating Stretch - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness
          e) Do PESG's and see how it goes for you.

I'm moving this thread to the Intro forum.

Thanks UnitaElevation my improved EQ was a bonus for me and a really good one at that. Cheers for those links aswell they cleared up alot for me.

MechanicJT : Its really good to hear you have had success with the PESG and to gain 1/2 on your BPEL is great. Thats my same first goal so thats a bit more motivation for me lol. I understand the idea of letting the blood flow build up through the workout so I take it to be once it has built up there will still be quite high pressure in the head, as in around 95-100% ?

Also thanks for the advice 3rdLegParty ive took note :d. I'll talk to AimHi and see how he is doing with it thanks again.

I think i will go with the PESG routine it seems promising just now.
1 question, should i stick exactly with the PESG as it is or would it be ok to add in the V-jelq for about 3 min and some edging ? or even just one of these ?

Thanks again to everybody who replied

Personally, unless you're doing really light gripped jelqs, I think 300 reps is way too many. I'm 90 days in and never go over 120 and have had great results. I've also learned ( as is the concensus here) that warming up really well is probably the most important aspect of PE. It's also the most overlooked.

i think you should take it a little easier and only do about 3 days on 1 off for now and also try doing your stretches for 30 seconds instead of 12 you might get a better stretch in the end when it loosens up a bit. i also do 5-10 sets on training days but i just really want length.
                  best luck :)

                    Thanks bigopimp

Yeah I agree darinsixpack I was under the impression I would have to up my workout each week to see gains. Obviously not lol. Im around about the 100 to 120 mark with each jelq workout and thats in the 10 min range for me. I think I'll stick to this for a few months and see how it goes.

Systematyler : Would 2 on 1 off be ok ? cause thats what I've started again with now. Or is 3 on 1 off better in some way. either way your working out on it 5 days a week with 2 days rest. but maby that extra consecutive day might do you better. Any thoughts on that ?
