    Hi all,


    I have joined this site in order to try to acclompish a few things. I will talk about them in their own paragraph after I tell a little bit about me. I am a male, 31 years old, I'm 5'10", I weigh 240lbs, 33% body fat, and Im not the biggest down their. I do not have measurements right now but will post later if I decide to grow. I do not premature ejaculate, but sometime I can lose my self in the moment and forget to focus. I have learned through trial and error how to control my orgasim and last a while, I'm really excited to see what I can accomplish now after finding this site. So here it goes....


    PRECUM- first things first. I know that precum is normal and what it's intended purpose is. With that being said I have WAY too much. I'm not over exagerating, it's bad. One night I was with my current gf and she spent the night, closer to when we started dating, and I had four peices of paper towel folded twice stuff in some under armor jock shorts. Over that I was wearing board shorts and on top of that a heavy fleece type of nautica sweat pants. And if you guess that I leaked through all of that you are correct! The funny thing is, all night she was fully clothed and we never even kissed. Still to this day I leak bad. I mean we can be arguing, laughing, cuddling, out to dinner, or I can be half way across the country and just get a non sexual text from her and I'm off to the bathroom to wipe up. My question is how to I control this? I have been to numerous dr.s and they won't help. or say it can't be fixed. They tried me on finasteride, but I had some bad side effects after only two weeks. Can anyone help PLEASE? As I do not want to even leave the house at times.

    LENGTH/GF- My girlfriend loves my dick. She is always the first to cum and cums hard. She thinks that she doesn't turn me on because I can almost always last as long as I want. Anyways, she is amazingly gorgeous, drop deaxy sexy, and with just a blink of an eye I can lose focus and its all over.     ERECTION?SEX- As stated before my gf and I have amazing sex, but I would like to have harder erections and be able to gain an erection after the first sesion. Don't get me wrong, I can get an erection almost anytime. But I want that rock solid not going down for anything erection. Sometimes I can lose my erection for no reason, this doesnt happen often but it sucks when it does. It takes me about 5 minutes to get it back. And I can't remember the last time I went back to back in sex sesions. On that note I usually last no less than 30 minutes ( thats a mixture of hard and fast, slow, different positions, etc.) I do not premature ejaculate, but sometime want ot cum really fast when going hard and fast for more than 5 minutes. My question here is. How to I get Rock solid erections? And how can I Go hard, fast, and deep for a longer time?

    I think thats all for now, so thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. I am not trying to sound arogant about the sex with my gf, I'm just trying to be as honest as I can. I hope I can further improve my sexlife with the knoledge and help from all of you! PLease, anything you want to add I'm all ears, and I welcome any questions or comments!

    Welcome! First of all if you're not going to be consistent then don't even bother with PE, it is pointless without consistency. Second, a good PE routine will give you rock hard erections every single time, that is the biggest benefit of PE! Even moreso than making it big!. Go read the beginners thread and then start the JP90s! Good luck

          stamina training is mostly mental. It's all about how you feel about yourself and your partner. You can love her, but if you're not 100% happy with yourself, you may hold yourself back. Sex is a really complicated thing! and understanding how you feel is a major part of it!

          PE is wonderful for your erection quality! if nothing else, I'd say practice it to keep your EQ undercontrol

          As far as the precum, i think it comes from a VERY active Prostate and uncontrolled kegels. Learn to control your involuntary kegels to reduce them as much as possible when you get turned on.

              I also forgot to mention that after I urinate I get a few drips even though I shake very thuroughly. Will the kegal practices help with this? I'm going to start the jp90s pretty soon after I gather some more information. I am curious as where is a good place to start for a kegal and reverse kegal routine, and how to preform the exercises. I will search but would love everyones 2cents!

                This article has a suggestion to deal with too much pre cum but if it's really bad you should see a doctor.

                  Welcome to the gym, have a good look around. I would check out the beginner forums and read the beginner routines, they may suite you better than extending in the beginning, you will be able to do 2 on and 1 off or even every other day for a while. This may be easier than trying to use your extender every day.

                    I am about to read this now. Thank you fr taking to time to pass some information on. I have tried going to the dr. but they will not help. Kind of messed up. My GP sent me to endocrinologist, they sent me to urologist, who deemed the problem in my head and said a second opinion would be a waste of time and would not see me again regarding this issue. That letter was passed on to my GP and put in my medical records. So in order to get a second opinion I have to now see a shrink in order to file a complaint against the urologist. It has become a big mess and is very frusterating. I found a post on here of a guy who has cured his own precum and will be following his routine.

                    Since I had to join to message him I decided to look around and introduce myself. I had no idea how nice the people on this forum are and am greatful for all the help. just a little bit about what I have been through. I have been tryign to solve this with my dr. for years!

                      This is exactly my plan. I think the extender was a purchase in where I was not informed enough about gains. here is what I will be doing once I can get through a few more posts and understand a few more things.

                      1. start jp90 routine to get condition for some gains in the future
                      2. 70/30 rk/k routine to gain better ballance of my pelvic muscles as I am uncontrolably kegaling all the time
                      3. work on controlling my arousal and how my body reacts to certain situations
                      4. lose some weight and become healthier from eating better and supplementing

                      After I can gain more control over my body and mind I will probably start focusing more seriously on gains and mmo. Thank you for your insight it is greatly appreciate it.!!

                        Hell, welcome to the Gym same as Brain. Right on. Anyway, you have plenty of advise above for me to even comment but truly consistency is your friend in anything you do. So if you can't make the time to be consistent and persistent with PE, then do so when you can with of course starting but at the beginning to recondition with JP's or some other beginner routine. Good luck and don't be a stranger.

                          Thank you newdude. I was never really consistant because my size hasn't bothered me enough to stay focused for long. But now that I know if I'm consistant with the things I listed I will be able to manage my precum, I have a whole new outlook on things. I am more so doing jp90s to build consistancy and condition for control over my precum. If a gain a little that would be nice, but it isn't my focus. Once I have more control over my precum I will then make the decision to get committed to grow and put in the time.


                          Once I have a routine established and I start. I will make a new thread to track my progress and inform others as to my success or failure. Thank you all once again.!!!
