Ok so I've been PEing for several weeks now. I started keeping my own journal and my official start date was 3-24-13.

Measurements for that day were as follows:
Flaccid warm about 3 1/8"
ELNBP 5 1/4"
ELBP 6"
EG 5 1/2"

Today 4-19-13 I took some pics and uploaded them into my photo album... measurements were as follows:

Goals:

Theory:

My LOT is about 9 O'clock so I'm going to do a lot of straight down stretching. I've been doing mostly 30 second stretches up, down, left, right, and straight out.

My theory is that the skin under my shaft is tight which is causing the bend in my penis (see pics in my album), I have no pain when I straighten it while erect though it is difficult to do so. Since my LOT is kinda high I get the impression my ligs are also kinda tight.

Warm up:
Moist heat is usually the best, so I'll do a lot of it in the shower, but I also have a heating pad if need be. 10 min warm up.

Exercises:
Stretches: 3 sets of straight out and straight down stretches, including straight down, down to the left and down to the right. Each of these will be held for 30 seconds. I will also be doing fowfers while hanging out and watching tv.

I'm going to do 3 sets of slinky bends(upward) to straighten the downward bend (in case it is mainly because of tight skin)

I'll also toss in some V jelqs and go against the bend while holding the base (in case it's plaque). I'll start with 50.

As far as I'm concerned... this is DAY 1 I'll measure every 2 weeks. I make sure to workout at least 3 days a week and do my best to eat well, I do a multivitamin once a day, and get at least 7 hrs of sleep so everything can rebuild. Since most of what I'm doing is stretching I'm keeping a 3 on 1 off schedule.
