Well I've been keeping up with my stretching though not so much with the jelqing. Being a personal trainer and being in the health field I know a good deal about anatomy and how important consistency is if you want to see results. That being said, I've been keeping up with stretching every day so far but I need to get going with my jelqs.
I read in a medical journal a short while back how the minimum requirements necessary for muscle fiber length gains in relation to stretching was 60 second stretch for 3 repetitions, 3 times a day. Now that journal study had no relation to PE so I'm sure certain variables are different but I still keep that in mind when doing my exercises.
All that being said it is important to give the body time to heal, so I'm alternating between light stretching days (gentle pulls just to the point of feeling a light stretch in my penis) and hard stretching days. I have definitely started to notice a difference in my flaccid hang. I should probably also mention that I have been avoiding porn and masturbation to keep my focus on size gains rather than performance, and to keep from further exhausting my penis. I'll do my best not to measure until next week but I am getting very anxious, either way I'll post it here.
