Getting back in the saddle with PE, been quite a while away. Initially started back in early 2011 and made some decent gains, although mostly I attribute those to Bathmate and EQ improvements although I did Jelq work on an infrequent basis over a year. Recently decided to get back at after seeing some extremely poor EQ on a regular basis over the past couple of years. When I reviewed my old logs I discovered that I have slid backwards in terms of length and girth from my initial growth back in the day.
I began a regular weightlifting workout schedule a couple of years ago and have really started to see some good results, this has contributed to my current perception that manual exercise routines may work best for me when it comes to the penis. While I have continued with the Bathmate over the years, it was really just to keep a decent flaccid hang. Just turned 49, but I am possibly the best physical shape of my life and I hope to be able to expand my overall body improvement to include my most prized possession.
I am now in week two of JP90, and my flaccid hang and erection quality are seeing nice improvements, once I complete this I intend to hit Big Al's No Jelq routine as my primary goal's are EQ and Girth. Finding JP90 a little tough out of the gate, but I am probably overdoing things a little with my current schdule of warm up, stretches, 300 Jelg/180V-Jelq per session 5 on 2 off.
