Yes it's also good for focus. However, if you are someone prone to acne or breakouts, this may make it worse. I've tested Tribulus many times and I found that it gives me the worst under-the-skin cysts and I don't typically have acne. Just a side effect to make note of. I have used Vitamin E before and within two days have noticed a significantly larger and thicker amount of semen.

I take 2-3000 mg of sunflower lecithin, muscle tech platinum vitamins ,2000 mg of l-aringine (twice daily) and collagen 1,2,3. I don't drink all that much water and drink at least 1-2 rock stars aday. Since I've started this my wife say "I made a mess in her pussy" and this can be 3 days in a row. Before this supplement routine I'd have to wait 3 days to get a decent load and no where near it is now.

When I experimented with this , I found 3 supplements that helped.
Zinc 25 mg. ----4 × a day
L Arginine 2000 mg----4 × a day
And L Carnitine 1500 mg---4 × a day.
The first two will give you about a 20 % increase together.
L Carnitine added about 25 % more and made the semen much thicker too.
None of these help if you take a brand that isnt top quality. In my experience about 85% of the supplements I tried are junk and have little to no effect.
So trying a few and then saying supplements don't do anything is deceiving yourself.
But the expense is not worth the extra semen , to me. A good L Carnitne is really expensive.

To get you on the right track, it's as I've always figured - based on genetics and testosterone levels. And no it's not clomid, but it's the same reason it works. It is all natural and raises T.

Nothing works a big difference. Zinc might does something to increase the volume but just slightly. I asked some of my friends who can shoot huge loads (at least 10+ and could possible flood a person), they ALL said it's natural!

I'm interested in ordering these supplements and testing to see how they work on me. I was also reading around the thread and found someone commented on taking zinc with folic acid, any comments on that?
