  • Ok that's very sexy i happy to hear ! Thank you !

But I am still confused mine BPFSL is 8.87 and BPEL is 8.48 , so mine BPFSL is bigger around 0.39. In this case I understand that mine Tunica is limiting factor and I need to focus on Tunica by lenght exercises. But now how Mr. movinonup told ( Main Clue 2: Your BPEL is the same, longer, or no shorter than .5 BPFSL ) so I confused lil bit.

I would like to get answer please !

    • You are correct in your assumption, based on theory put forth, you would be considered Tunica limited.

        • Hello...

Uhm i feel left out... my bpfsl is 0.25" shorter than my bpel...that means my Tunica is my limit???

But my EQ is around 6.5 so that means that my SM is my limit???

First of all, I would recommend you finishing a beginner's routine, and then if things are still the same with your BPFSL and your EQ. Focus on your SM.

              • Lately after a few weeks of l-arganine supplements, my EQ is getting to the point where if I do an erect kegel, it borderline HURTS! I'm calling it a 9-10 easily.

However, my bpfsl is .75 longer than my bpel.

So I too am having clues from both sides, but the opposite of what was mentioned above
                .

I am doing a intermediate routine now modeled after JP's now since hanging for a few months hurt my EQ and my privacy has gone down considerably.
                Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
                Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
                Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg
If you just read this, do 10 quick kegels

You will have to make a choice then. If you think you should do some more stretching or more girth exercises.

                  • My Lord. My Bpfsl is 6.1.. And my Bpel is 7.2. I can bust out EQ's of 9 to 10 fairly easy, if i try hard enough i can match the hardness of diamonds... Clearly it looks like ive got alot of tunica streching to do.
If you have checked out my log ive been doing a mixture of advanced Girth(Dangit i have to do more length to get girth!) and and a few simple Length exercises.
Should I drop O bends? Bundled streches?
Maybe focus more on jelqs, reverse jelqs, etc? A concern because i feel like my base girth is lacking and i dont want a baseball bat dick!

                    • When it comes to girth gains, does the smooth muscle have a bigger role?

Theres also a theory on the layers of tunica and gains, 1 layer of tunica= easy gains 2 layers- med gains 3 levels= difficult gains
does this theory apply usually for lenght?
                      Starting: 7.75 BPEL * 4.9 EG

                      Goal: 8.5 BPEL * 6

                      • Well, I just measured my BPFSL and it's 0.25 inches+ shorter than my BPEL and I would rate my erections between 7-8.5.

What do I do now =/

                        • If the smooth muscle is the limiting factor you have yo do mostly girth exercisez to gain size and increase eq

my smooth muscle is the limiting factor
girth exercisez are known to drop eq levels and for the past few days i been practicing ulis, my girth looked a little bigger, my eq level dropped , diddnt increase or stay the same
                          Starting: 7.75 BPEL * 4.9 EG

                          Goal: 8.5 BPEL * 6

                          • This thread has thoroughly confused me. I'm in my third week of jps 90 day and I'm not sure how to incorporate all this info or calculate it. phew! Now I am questioning if i'm doing the exercises that are right for me. My confidence and hope has went from 8 to 2 on a scale of 1-10. Anyone want to explain what this thread is trying to illustrate?

From what I gathered, if you bpfsl is equal or less than you bpel. You need to focus on stretching. If bpfsl is more than .5 over your bpel, you need girth work. I think.

                                Hi Bryan.

I read this a few weeks ago and i will take deep breaths and try to explain this seemingly complicated theory incredibly simply:

step 1 Measure your bone pressed flacid stretch length (bpfsl) and when you have done this you can then work out which is your limiting factor, tunica or smooth muscle.

step 2 If your bpfsl is longer than your bpel you should do mostly smooth muscle (girth exercises). This is because doing the smooth muscle exercises will give you more smooth muscle in your dick which in turn should give you harder erections plus all the extra smooth muscle in your dick according to this theory should make your shorter bpel grow so it's the same size has your bpfsl.

step 3 If on the otherhand your bpfsl is level or shorter than your bpel you should do mostly tunica (stretching mostly upward exercises). This is because doing the tunica exercises will make the tough tunica more stretchy which in turn will make your bpfsl longer and has you saw from above a longer bpfsl means in the long run a bigger dick.

i've looked at jps routine and you get both smooth muscle (jelqs) and tunica (stretching) exercises in his routine so i wouldn't change a thing. Just do his routine for 3 months and if you make fantasic gains with it just carry on doing it till the gains stop and then look for a new routine.

I hope i've been some help.

                                Good luck
