My measurement are Bpfsl: 6" Nbpfs: 5" Bpel: 5 1/2" Nbpel: 5" So according to this theory, I should be doing more smooth muscle exercises (girth) right? Which means jelqueing? So, in my current jp routine, how can I improve it? By adding more jelqueing and less stretch exercises? I know you said the jp routine alone is great, but I was hoping maybe I could appropriately connect it with this theory.
