  • Thanks Schlittle. Now I have another question.. My measurement are Bpfsl: 6" Nbpfs: 5" Bpel: 5 1/2" Nbpel: 5" So according to this theory, I should be doing more smooth muscle exercises (girth) right? Which means jelqueing? So, in my current jp routine, how can I improve it? By adding more jelqueing and less stretch exercises? I know you said the jp routine alone is great, but I was hoping maybe I could appropriately connect it with this theory.

    • I would personally just stick with jps routine because if you look in the POLL section of pegym there's a poll where you can see what people have gained on jps routine. Numerous people rave how good jps routine is so i would stick with that for now.

      You are correct about your stats and "smooth muscle" but remember this theory isn't ABSOLUTE FACT, it's just a theory.

          • Guys, I'm finding that my EQ is not improving but I have made some gains. I'm not too sure about my bpfsl but when I stretch my EQ is at its worst. I get better jelqs at a high erection level too. I did fowfers this morning and my erection level was poor afterwards. Are all these signs that my smooth muscle is my limiting factor? Should I stop stretching for a week and continue with jelqing to see what my EQ will be like? I'm on a 1 day on 2 days off routine and not too intense routine. 7 weeks peing.
            Start : BPEL 6.4" x MEG 4.75"
            Latest : BPEL 7.0" x MEG 5.00"

            Short Term Goal : BPEL 7.5" x MEG 5.25"
            Long Term Goal : BPEL 8" x MEG 6"

              If your EQ isn't great then yes your right according to this theory then probably "smooth muscle" is your limiting factor. Even if it is, this theory doesn't say you should eliminate all stretching it just says you should do more girth work than stretching.

              On the otherhand you've got to remember this is just a "theory" it's not fact...this theory could be right, on the otherhand it could be wrong. Who knows.

              You also mentioned your getting gains. Me personally if i'm getting gains i wouldn't change a thing, i would just carry on with the same routine until my gains had dried up and when my gains had dried up then i start looking for a new routine.

                • Thanks schlittle, I understand what you're saying. I will test it out. I've noticed some negative pi's when I stretch. What I will do with my next workout is maybe omit my stretches or else do a light stretch at the the very end of my workout and see how it feels.

                  • This has been a big help, my bpfsl is greater than my bpel and I would say my eq is 4. I have been concentrating on girth, manly because I'm 8x5, but now I know this may well also improve my eq is good news and has confirmed to me what I must do.
                    PE'ing on and off for a few years.
                    Current: 8 (bpel - top) (Around 8.5 side bpel) x 5 (meg)

                    Goal: More girth!

                      • I just read all parts, and it definately helped me understand the science behind PE more. I would, however, like some advice from an experienced PE-er.

                        My EQ: generally a 7.5-8
                        If I have gone a week or more without sex or masturbation, I can probably achieve a 9. Sometimes if I focus(and only possible with a woman present, porn and mental imagery dont arouse enough) I can achieve a 10.

                        Having said that, after reading the details of the theory, I measured my BPFSL and it's 6.75" while my BPEL is 6.5".
                        It seems between my EQ and differences between BPFSL and BPEL I am right on the cusp of "could be I need to target tunica or could be I need to target smooth muscle" land.
                        My stats and EQ put me right in the middle according to the theory. Does that make sense?

                        As far as my goals: I currently only have 4.25 EG, so some girth would be nice. I wont exactly complain if I achieve some more length as well though. I just started jp's routine. Your thoughts?

                          • I think the jp is a great starting point for you, there is plenty of girth work in it.
                            When you have completed the jp you can have a look at this again and consider the implications.

                            • I agree with peg, from what your said in your first post the best way to go is by doing a beginner's routine and taking it from there.

                              • Its weird because i used to just do jelqs almost no stretches and length excersizes just girth, and my Eq dropped like crazy also because i think i hurt myself. but now i do bundeled stretches, side to side, and up and down, also 25 reverse jelqs with each hand... myeq has gone through the roof!!! morning wood BAM! random wood BAMMMMM!!!! i can stop popping chubs and im gaining fast
