    I think my BPFSL and BPEL are about the same size, but I just started measuring myself, so I might have got it wrong. Either way, the difference should be at most in the 0.5 interval.

    My EQ have increased from about 5 to about 8-8.5 in a week's rest, but it changes throughout the days, actually, especially in a recovery period like this one.

    I decided to work on balancing my pelvic floor for two-three weeks before trying other PE exercises. But when I start, I'll go at low intensity, and try to focus more on smooth muscle exercises.

    Do you have a kegel routine?

    And for you and anyone reading this thread, any suggestions for smooth muscle exercises for newbies are welcome! Thanks

      Keep doing what is working for you, I think when you are doing something that works for you, keep doing it till it doesn't work any more.

      I only seem to kegel when pumping or Jelqing… lately it has been pretty slow, probably only once a week!!!
      I'm not planning on kicking up a notch for another month, maybe 6 weeks.

      As far as smooth muscle goes, try one of the best and cheapest things out there… A cable clamp!!!
      I prefer a pump, but most will say a clamp is the best, I just haven't had the best of luck with a clamp…

      • haha yes, it was a nice improvement in EQ really, but I wasn't doing anything, just resting and edging...but it is not consistent...today I woke up to something like 5.5 in the morning wood, then tried edging this afternoon and got like a 6.5 (with a slight discomfort in the pelvic floor area).

        Not sure what's causing these variations but I decided to stop everything, including edging/masturbation for a week and see what happens. Then work on pelvic floor balance, then PE for smooth muscle. Long road ahead...I think I might start a log.

        I was looking for smooth muscle exercises without using any kind of device. I am afraid of hurting myself with them and plus I'd have to hide them around because I do not live alone. Any suggestions?

        • Im wondering if testosterone levels have something to do with this…
          I've been having low-T symptoms for a while and also lower EQ…
          do you think the same applies to you?
          I'm considering testosterone therapy and will be documenting my results soon ( in just over a month I will be starting )

          • Hey lowpang,
            sorry it took so long to reply, but no, I have not noticed any kind of low-T signs. Actually, I have improved a few higher-T signs, like increased sex drive. I have done a bit of research into foods and exercises that promote some increase in T-levels and it seems to be working, if u want to know more just msg me. As for my situation, after this resting period things went back to normal (EQ 7-8, normal morning wood, etc) and now Im starting a light pelvic exercise routine.

            Have you tried PC muscle exercises? If done correctly they can really help. I my case, I have to watch out for overtraining, or flexing too hard, I discovered that after giving a few different attempts. But doing them lightly seems to be working just fine now! Today I had a couple of spontaneous erections and one of them reached about 8.5. I intend to keep it this way until I have reached a plateau, then move on gently.

            Take care in your treatment, Im no expert but messing with could be dangerous.

            • I have applied this theory to my PE and the progress has been pretty amazing.
              The distance between my BPFSL and my BPEL has decreased.
              And my overall length has increased.

                I've been mostly jelqing (at higher erection to focus on girth) for 3 months, no gains in length or girth. Though if I had EQ of 8-9 before, it's as close to 10 as it gets now. My hard-ons point consistently straight up at the ceiling.

                Have my gains been limited because tunica has been my limit? Based on the OP... yes. But my real question is: if I change to length-based exercises, to stretch out my tunica, will I finally start seeing some length and girth gains? Should I also be doing my jelq's at a lower erection level as well?

                For more info: I just measured my BPFSL, and it's *at best* 0.1" greater than my BPEL. It's probably exactly the same unless I stretch to it's maximal point.

                  Exercises I recommend for the tunica:
                  Beginner exercises: tunica tugs
                  Intermediate: Bundled fowfers
                  Expert (do not try these unless you are a conditioned PE veteran): bundled stretches, bundled LAS

                              Tunica is a myth. They say it's found in the penis but that's complete rubbish; only thing in there is a bone. Hence "boner".
