My EQ have increased from about 5 to about 8-8.5 in a week's rest, but it changes throughout the days, actually, especially in a recovery period like this one.
I decided to work on balancing my pelvic floor for two-three weeks before trying other PE exercises. But when I start, I'll go at low intensity, and try to focus more on smooth muscle exercises.
Do you have a kegel routine?
And for you and anyone reading this thread, any suggestions for smooth muscle exercises for newbies are welcome! Thanks
