  • Thinking on how to improve my stretching routine.

    Thinking of when I do yoga or martial arts I decide to put my knowledge to good use to get a better stretch while doing my PE.
    First thing I did was to increase the amount of time I warm up from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
    For basic stretching (up, down, left and right):
    I hold each stretch for 30 seconds while kegeling, I do 10 sets of each
    While stretching up I will slightly arch my back so my butt is pushing back and holding my penis in place allowing me to get a better stretch.
    For down stretches I will slightly push my pelvis back to get a deeper stretch. (I found this to work better for me than pushing forward)
    For stretching left I will push my hips slightly to the right and for stretching right I will slightly push my hips to the left.
    I also use the same methods of moving my body in different positions during other stretches as well.
    This is only a guideline; you may want to experiment to see what works best for you.
    Remember go easy DO NOT thrust your hips while doing your stretches you may injure yourself and help yourself.
