Icariin is...
-A natural PDE-5 inhibitor...with effects that accumulate and downregulate the expression of PDE-5 over time.
-A calcium channel blocker/modifier (as a lot of herbs are)
-An AcHe inhibitor (useful for dementia / alzheimer's, prevents the breakdown of acetylcholine)
