  • Bathmate v Clamping

    What do people think is more permanent regarding using the bathmate or clamping, I’m finding with clamping your actually training the muscles rather than with the bathmate were just expanding the skin, I know that the bath mate takes less effort but if it means your not gonna gain as quick then I’m better of just sticking to clamping, can anyone with a bit more experience elaborate in a bit more detail.

    Do both. Pump then clamp.

        What's your budget like? $200 for a pump or $0.50 for a clamp?

              Thanks Walter
              I’ve been using the bath mate now for about 3 months and have reached 17.5cm,in the last month that’s as far as I can pump , do you think I need to pump for longer as I’m doing sets 3 x 10mins to gain more lenght.

                I use a loose fitting C-ring after my pumping session in the morning for a few hours to heal slightly extended. I don't know if this theory has been debunked or not, it was from an old thread.
                May-18 : bpel 7.3/4 × EG 5.3/4
                July-20 : bpel 8.1/2 × EG 6.3/4

                  I used to put a hair band around it when I had pumped but I split my head a couple of times nothing major but I think it was to tight so now I’ve laid of that for a couple of weeks and I’m in the process of buying less loose ones 👍🏻

                    Pumping and clamping can work synergistically to promote girth gains and increased vascularity. Both work completely differently from one another. I personally believe clamping is an advanced PE exercise and must be done with extreme caution. I would not recommend clamping unless you have a minimum of 6 months to a full year of dedicated PE training. Additionally I would not recommend clamp sessions exceed 5 minutes in length.

                    If you go to our blog you will see Kingsnake doing double clamp session after a LG Hanger weight session using two LGH Girth Bands. One under each clamp.

                      See what happens if you pump without the break but don't shoot for 30 minutes! Try 15 to 20 minutes and see how you feel about it.

                        Thanks Walter will give it a try and keep use informed.
                        Great videos LG , I clamped for a about 6 months before and gained a couple of notches on the clamp so it definitely worked the problem was it took over an hour to get a good expansion on which was hard work to be honest as I don’t really have the time, I’m just looking the easier option, I will try the bathmate for a few more months and if I don’t see any improvements in size then I think the way forward is clamping and jelqing.

                          Marlon after going through your posts and videos I think it would be a great idea to incorporate and try out the LG hanger, if yourself and kingsnake can gain nearly 3” in length that is incredible, could you recommend how I am going to go about this when I’ve got 2 kids in the house and a misses , there’s only so long you can stay in the bath 😜, I just think with hanging and pumping combined I’m gonna get faster results. Thanks

                            I have a pully mounted under my desk in my home office. I am easily in there 2 hours a day doing emails, blogs, wasting time on Facebook haha, all while hanging.

                            Maybe I will snap a pic while I'm hanging tonight so you can see what I did.
