Best Warmup = Rice Sock
I just use a rice sock--nothing else heats my penis to the core as safely & effectively (or as quickly). My penis almost seems to radiate heat after using a rice sock. Just make sure you don't cook your penis (never make it so hot that you feel any pain).
Some guys do use constant heat after warming up with a rice sock. Some of the really good electric hand-warmer type devices (possibly infrared) can be expensive. I saw a nice pair on ebay for $86 that a guy was using. I have seen links to good devices (like those hand-warmers), but I can't recall where the posts were that had them. Unfortunately, those posts were on a another forum anyway...
Thermotex Infrared Heating Pad Therapy System - Wrist - Left (Price: $86.00)
Edit: I found these gloves on amazon. They are good but expensive. A hanger on another forum highly recommended these gloves.

Wrap a Blanket Heater Around a Pump Tube:
Some pumpers wrap a heating element around the glass pump tube. I realize this does not translate to hanging--although it could provide a good way to warm-up in between sets. Unfortunately, due to the cost of the pump tube, this is even more expensive than the previous option. View the attached picture to see an example of this.
There are probably other good heating methods out there. For now, off the top of my head, these are all the worthwhile methods I can think of. The only other option I can think of is this: some guys use flax seed instead of rice in the sock. Some say it works pretty well.
I have only been hanging (bibhanger) for a few days and have a few new-hang questions:
1) My penis is not as long when I hang as it is when I stretch manually. I assume this is because the hanger put more of the load near the base of the penis than I do when I stretch manually. Is this correct?
2) So far I am doing 2 sets @ 20:00 with 2.5 lbs. When I am done, I feel a slight soreness (skin irritation) but not what I would describe as fatigue. I plan to go to three sets and then to increase the wright. Good plan?
3) I am cut but I pull the loose skin forward before wrapping. Is this correct?
4) Immediately after I finish, I turtle up pretty good. Is this normal?
Blink, thanks for this great thread!

PS I heat continually while I hang with a 100 watt IR lamp that I got from a pet store.

1-this is because you're not stretching the first 1" of your penis out (your glans, etc). the skin & the hanger attachment shift forward & put pressure on the sides of the shaft, but the glans doesn't get stretched out.
2-attachment point soreness is too be expected, most hangers don't gain during their first month because of it. give your body time to adapt... now, you're doing just 2x sets and you're experienced with PE. You can move to 3x or 4x sets per day soon and you should be ok.
3-most guys stretch the penis out with one hand & wrap with the other--it sounds like you're doing something similar.
4-maybe early on--my flaccid tends to hang longer after I hang.
Readers,
On another thread, I asked Blink about wrapping and he mentioned that he wraps with Theraband alone whereas I have been combining Theraband and an Ace bandage. I am going to try using Theraband alone and see if that works more smoothly for me.

Hi everyone. I've been hanging regularly since I first posted in this thread. I was wondering what kind of PI's people who successfully received gains from hanging had after their hanging sessions. I get fairly serious turtling after each session.
Good PI's don't seem unique to any specific type of PE (there are no hanging specific PIs that I know of). The Physiologic Indicators outlined in the thread below should provide a good starting point. Physiologic Indicators (PIs) The TGC Theory
I bought fishing weights at walmart by the ounce, and then wrapped them with duct-tap (and bits of metal from a wire coat hanger). The first post has instructions on how to build them and you can see them in the picture with my equipment.
I have decided to try light hanging. I found my old silicone ADS and purchased a set of three 6 oz weights at Kmart ($4.95). I also found 8 oz weights at a hunting and fishing store for $2 each.
Blink, I started stretching 4 months ago and would like to continue because I am beginning to see some gains. I would like to add light (1 lb) hanging to my routine to reduce turteling and hopefully compliment the extender. You mentioned early on that hanging and extending should not be mixed. Would you consider "light" hanging while using an extender a no-no?
I tried an old form of AndroPenis (traction device) though it hurt like hell after only a third of recommended time at lowest setting due to only a thin piece of tubing behind the head with a foam sleeve. I tried putting small bandage around it but only meant bit more time before pain. Gave up after that for a while but now trying DIY hanging method. It is a bandage aroung the shaft with either one or two cable clamps, large ones like for 1/2 inch cable to tie off an end. They are quite heavy (2lb) and the nuts on it makes it easy to adjust pressure. Wouldn't believe how inconspicuous and comfortable it is and can walk around all day with you feeling tiny stretches with every step. May not have the dramatic effect of normal weight hanging but have already noticed the difference (6 weeks so far).
Sorry my imperial measurements are bit off as from a metric country, more like one inch cable. This fits nicely due flacid state having bit of flexability to fit in though not cramped enough to cut off circulation.
