So, what does fluid build up look like exactly? I pump as well (air pump) at about 5 Hg and can get nice and chubby afterwards. I assume that this is partly fluid build up, but just thought this is an unavoidable and normal thing that happens..

You will get like a donut around the end--the excess foreskin will blow up like a balloon. I got an 8" donut there because I put the g force up too high. I cut back and there was some, but not much to speak about--kind of what you describe--that's normal. It's best to keep the pump at no more than a "3." That way you can pump for pretty much as long as you like.
The problem with the Bathmate is that you have no gauge--ergo, no control like you have with the regular pump.Comment
