    Yeh - I've read numerous accounts of guys letting loose in the cylinder. I've never gone that far with it since it would seem counterproductive to gains. Those guys were probably doing it just for the sheer kink of it.

      Hmmm. Weird I have never felt like I'm going to ejac in the tube. The sensation is not that much.
      Going to be 7-incher after a long plateau !

        In the beginning of my pumping I had doe a few sets and everthing seemed norma, i pulled out of the cylinder and spew, oops. Dont even know why, I didnt feel aroused in the sexual way.
        To address a few comments made a couple pages back, Xitem thankyou for the compliments and G4 is completely right on why my pumping has worked so well, I use it in conjunction with manual stretching. I got away from that for a while but have recently put it back in. It was put back because I simply felt things worked better with it, sometimes things cat e measured by a ruler but wrather by how you feel. Another thing is that I do some things that I dont always log because I veiwed them as isignifficant. I will start to put them in my log as well if it will help others. The thing that I do that I should have been logging for all to see is that after every set I do a light form of the jelque. I do not believe this would do anything on its own but with the pumping I do think it helps. I do a set then pull out from the cylinder and do light, quick jelques. I do this for blood flow and circulation of the fresh blood in the penis. If you look in my log I will say something at times about mesaging. I mesage the penis thouroughly and /or perform the quick light jelquing. I dont count them, it is more of a visual monitor thing for me. I go untill its jelly like and full looking with good even color.
        Another thing I do that may be different from many is I do not rush back in the cylinder, i usually wait a good ten minutes, with at least half of that being my mesage technique. I have found also that the more I heat up wheteher it be on a hanging day or a pumping day that the extra heat time has helped greatly in the appearanc of my wang afer I am done, it stays fatter and more pliable, cuts down on any edemna I may have had in the past.

                Yep heat and the light jelqs are great to add to your routine. I currently do a 10 minute clamp/10 minute light jelq/10 minute pump. After my warm down i am extremely happy with my flaccid look. I do 2 or 3 sets of this on on days.

                  I've been using heat a lot lately when pumping. I just reheat my wheat bag and wrap it around the cylinder. It also seems that if I start at 3 Hg I get better expansion, rather than going all the way to 5 Hg straight away. I've also been entering the tube fully erect and I do some dry jelqs/massaging/firegoat rolls after sets for 5-10 minutes. I must be getting bigger at the base at least because now I have to really screw and force the cylinder down for it to go on. I'm packing the first two inches on the top side of the cylinder, but not as much on the underside. I would like to pack at least half the tube before I move to the next size up.

                    I am just about to finish jp90 and want to get my la pump in the mix. I PE 4 days a week 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off and was thinking of switching to 1 day in each set to pumping. 10 min warm up- 3 x 5 @ 3hg. 2 min of circle stretch and cool down

                      Yeah that would be one way to go. To start off with you could also maybe replace half your jelqs with pumping, and then maybe gradually build it up some more. I still do my stretching routine before pumping, and I still like to do jelqing as well. I haven't changed my stats yet but I'm not far off a 0.2" girth gain since the end of October so that seems to be slowly working.

                          Good insights. In the past I used Bib Hanger 70% of the time and pumping 30% resulting in 3" or 8. 25" Length gains and 1.5" gains Girth to 5.6". Which I felt was a significant plateau. subsequently I purchased the DT 4000 (no financial interest in the company) and gained rather quickly about another inch which has been cemented in recent times to 6.6" mid shaft and almost 7" at base. I am now using the LG Hanger prototype with the pumping making an optimal configured superset. The LG Hanger is complementary to pumping based on its hanging capabilities and comfort. Etg. pump with DT 4000 20 minutes w/ hearing heating pad around the tube for 10 on low only, the vacuum is incrementally increased by computer by 3 second intervals from -4 to -12.5 in HG then drops back to -4 in a cycle to repeat over and over again. Empirically this is very productive and I admit to being startled at the results of another inch. So I am 8.25" by 6.6". I hope to have photographic proof with tape measure soon. I like scientific validation, which I hope helps and encourages others. Thus the super combination is pump and LG Hanger superset. (Per full disclosure I have an interest in LG Hanger and helped to design it to complement pumping or to be a stand alone product), but it has turned to be a great product. I hope this is of help and encouragement.

                            Dr Ric,

                            Did you gain all of your girth through pumping or have you included manuals, such as jelqs and ULIS, in the past? If so how long did it take you because a 2.5 inch increase is girth is ALOT ! Tried to look on the website for your previous workout logs but couldn't find any,

                              Does everyone still agree pump presure should be really low? 3inhg doesn't fee like anything for me. I've pumped a fee months and tend to spike pressure periodically sometimes as high as 15inhg and that's the only time I feel my dick stress. I'm there for only a couple seconds and drop to 4inhg. I notice I stay larger in the tube for longer. That high pressure is dumb I know but I also feel I have a very very tough tunica and it honestly doesn't feel like much. I have fantastic PIs. I'm also trying to shoot for length which is why I stayed with a smaller tube.

                                The best pressure is the highest one you can use for long sets, minimal edema, maximum expansion and best PIs.
                                Then you can cycle through the levels of pressure as you do, to get a bit more expansion and avoid edema etc..
                                Usually you start the set at 3, then as you're getting "warmed up" for the pump you can increase the lowest pressure you'll use. Some do cycle through different HG, some don't. Do what feels great to you (apparently you already are).
