This thread is intended for the clampers on this forum to discuss their routines and experiences, but also for those who have conditioned themselves (!!!) well enough to the point to look into the technique.
I myself am a rookie clamper, only having done it now for maybe a month. My routine is this:
12 minute warm-up
30 second JAI stretch (out, left, right)
10 rotational stretches each way
50 OK jelqs
50 V-Jelqs
50 OK jelqs
50 V-Jelqs
(All jelqing is done at 60% erection or higher, since I'm focusing on my smooth muscle)
10 minutes of clamping
4 minutes of heat
10 minutes of clamping
Two sets of one minute JAI stretches (straight out)
Cool-down: 5 minutes
I do this on Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs.

For awhile I was doing "Behind the Balls" clamping, which is explained in the link above. However, lately I feel like I get the most expansion out of just normal clamping, which is good because there is a possibility of hurting tissues when you "Behind the Balls" clamping.
I have not taken many measurements, but I have noticed that my unit feels thicker and I am getting a better flaccid hang. During clamping, I can expand my unit up to 5.6 EG, which is about a .35 increase than normal.
So, chime in if your a clamper
