Guys: Few debate the benefits of L-Arginine on the penis. And I thought I had it figured out that taking 2-3 grams per day would be helpful. Now here's the question---Should Arginine be taken WITH a meal or on an empty stomach? I have read dozens of thoughts on this and am not sure what the best answer is. I have read that it is best to take it on an empty stomach, at least one hour before a meal and then before bed on an empty stomach. The bottle says to take it with a meal. Has anyone determined whether there is a benefit to taking Arginine and/or Lysine AFTER a PE workout??? It's tricky to know what to do when there's conflicting information.
