Dear PEGym Members,

my name is Julian and I am working for the company Orbisan Ltd., which are the Owners, Manufacturers and Patent holders of the Product PHALLOSAN® forte.
Penis enlargement and straightening at Peyronie's Disease (IPP) - PHALLOSAN® forte

I asked for allowance in order to start a support thread at PEGYM in order to answer questions about Phallosan forte, or help existing customers.

Since I am from Germany I apologize in advance if there are spelling mistakes and sometimes-late answers since I live in another time zone.

About me:

I work in the field of PE since 10 years, ever since for the company Orbisan Ltd..

Even though I work for the product Phallosan, I have probably tried every possible technique, pill, machine, pump and telescope product, which is out there.

Therefore I have a lot of experience, but I will not mention, neither talk about any other product (competitor) inside this thread. I hope for your understanding.


Gains:

The main purpose testing all kind of products out there was not to gain, but to test and improve the own creation. I do not talk about any gains as I work for the producer of Penis Enlargers so it wouldn’t make any sense to brag about something, which I obviously try to sell…. I guess.

Average gains from Clinical trial after 6 Month/36 Patients:

Length flaccid: 3,7 cm
Girth Flaccid: 1,4 cm


About PHALLOSAN® forte:

Phallosan is since 14 years on the market and is the most applied orthopedic penis Enlarger of Europe.
Phallosan has had a very big clinical trial in 2005 to 2006 which allowed the product to be sold in every Pharmacy of Germany, Switzerland and Austria and is being paid in Germany by the Governmental Health Insurance.(which we were very proud of ) Clinical studies - PHALLOSAN® forte .


Personally I think the most important features an Enlarger should have are:

D: no strangulation, and one of the most important ones E: the equipment should be designed and out of materials, which do not harm the Men’s best friend!

I am relatively new to this forum and to PE in general. I have first started working lightly with a Bathmate just to start conditioning and doing stamina exercises. Really not doing anything serious for enlarging yet. Although Bathmate says it can give you gain long term I am probably not using it long enough yet as I am just trying to get use to the different feelings at different pressures and lengths of time so I can get a better sense of what feels right and what feels wrong (painful). I know right now I can't go past 10 minute on Bathmate with full pressure or it starts to hurt and I start to see blueing in the veins that makes me nervous so I am taking it slow. Can't imagine 20 minutes in it yet.

You did mention in another post about potentially having testers from this site. I am indeed looking for something to use that is discreet to where under clothes and for longer periods of time as my time is really limited and hard to imaging using hanging devices or extenders that really need to be done in private. I would be more than willing to be a tester if you really decide to have a few. Of course you may end up looking for experienced people verses newbies, but thought I would throw it out there. I think I would be a good test case, because I am definitely below average as well.

Anyway if this is something you are even considering please PM me or share details however you wish.

Now to a question... I know others are looking at the new LG device associated to Dr Ric on this site and other hangers. I can't imagine those devices could be used in a discrete way (going to work) so it seems one would need a lot more time than I have for that sort of device. Although I have not ruled it out.

Many people choose different hanging techniques, but most seem to target techniques to first stretch the suspensory ligaments... with the Phallosan it is pulled to the left or right... is this causing lengthening of those ligaments?

Also is there a reason it only goes up to about 6.6 pounds of pull ( I think that is what was in your image) at max... vs making an even stronger pull? Was there any tests to compare pull strength and why it is limited to what many hangers would call very lite?

I am just a newbie so I may have some false assumptions as I am still learning.

I am not able to say anything about bathmate or other products, but i can definitely help/answer your other questions

About testers: If (IF) we start a testing series i would definitely look for both, newbies and others which are experienced already all kind of stretchers, pumps and so on. As the most customers who buy the Phallosan have not tested any other products before, it is very important to attach and wear the product from the first time easily and with comfort. So you would definitely be in this field of testers But this could take a little while.

The main advantage of Phallosan forte is that it is a Patent and therefore no one is able to stretch the penis around the waste, except for adjusting it on one side to your leg, which might be difficult when walking. The other advantage is that you have the opportunity to wear the Phallosan forte during the day and night, as the material is not out of Latex, which can cause allergic reactions. Our condom sleeves are made out of 100% medical silicon, which is being used for, implants, this material bends when having a night erection for example, so there is no danger of irritating blood flow.

What Phallosan does is simple: It stretches the whole penis including the erectile tissue bodies in connection with a micro Vacuum which allows a much higher blood flow and therefore simultaneous stimulation of the prostate activity and therefore potency. Through this stretching the body starts to create micro phase splits (which you are not able to see) and implants new cell Material. This is not only happening vertically or horizontal, it is applied in every direction of the penis. Therefore the penis gains in size and as a side affect gets a little fitness program as the spongy bodies are able to hold more blood (therefore stronger erections)!

You can increase the pulling force up to 6 kg (13,3 pounds) but honestly saying this is not necessary at all.
1,5 kg is more than enough; Why?
We work together with many specialists (Urologists) in Europe as Phallosan in not only a stretcher but also a Medical Device class one and Doctors subscribe the Phallosan forte to them after an operation or injury. We had some patients, which claimed to have no growth at all after 6-7 month. So we asked them the typical questions:

Did you gain weight?
Do you consume Drugs?
Are you taking any hair increasing Drugs?
Age?
and so on......

But the answer of having no growth was very simple. They all used too much tension! Imagine going to the Gym and the first you do is taking a weight of 50 kg! Waht happens? There will be no Muscle Gain but a muscle inflammation. Of course the penis does not poses any muscles but an inflammation can be caused doe to too much pressure. This will be cured after a couple of days but it throws you back in your progress for a couple of month.

Hello, I am totally new to this forum and PE in general. I ordered the phallosan a few days ago and it arrived yesterday. I found it surprisingly difficult to get on and I still do. It looks far easier in the video and does not represent the nuisance it takes to get on. The condom is far to tight and doesn't role down easily like a normal condom or how it is shown in the video. Furthermore, during one of the times I was putting it on the condom ripped, so now I have to order another one from the Phallosan site for nearly 30 euro. Complete rip-off. So far I am not happy with your product at all. I mean, it cost me 250 euro and you didn't even provide any spare condoms and then charge that much on your website! I e-mailed the phallosan company about this problem and they still have not replied to me. I am seriously regretting buying your product so far as there are far far cheaper products out there that do the same thing. I bought into your flashy advertisements and feel like a fool. For what you provide in the package it is a total and utter rip-off. I will start using it when the new condom sleeve comes and hopefully it does some of the claims you propose it does in the next few months. So far, so bad, though.

Have you not received the voucher about the 3 extra condoms for free?

We do not want to make you feel like ripped off and definitely will do everything to help you in this matter.
Now, how to apply Phallsoan:

You first apply the Protector cap (it goes easier if you do that when erect)
then you insert the Glans area half way into the hard plastic bell (the condom has to be rolled above the Hard plastic bell before that).
Roll down the condom.
Activate the Suction pump
Apply the Belt and stay in the green area.
Finish!

If you have not received a voucher because you have ordered before it was published, i will give you one for free. Meaning you can choose once whatever 3 sizes you like for free at any time.

I think the problem was that I didn't know that you have to be erect to put the product on, I thought just a semi or flaccid was ok. I will try to put it on again later when erect, thank you for that information. Yes, that is how I was rolling back the condom alright, it was the rolling onto the penis part which was difficult, but this was due to the above reason, that I was not erect. I sent the e-mail to [email protected] there a minute ago again. I did not receive any vouchers for the free condoms, maybe it was because I ordered it before it was published. If I could receive the voucher it would be great and would definitely make me view your product in a different light. It looks and seems like a good product and I look forward to being able to use it, but as you can imagine I was very frustrated initially when it ripped easily and there was no replacement and then they cost 30 euro online. I also think that having a foreskin might have made putting the product on a little more difficult, but perhaps that issue won't be a problem if I put it on while erect.

thank you for your Mail, i found the one who did not answer you... i am sorry about that, he apologizes as well.
I can definitely understand you.... if i order something and it breaks at first i would be really angry as well.
I do not know if this is a misunderstanding but you only have to be slightly erect when applying the protector cap not the rest of the system.

It is important to use Baby powder for the sleeves and protector cap as they build a secure cover and therefore last a long time (up to 3 month).

Have you tried to switch the sleeve condoms on to another hard plastic bell? It is important that you are able to build up a vacuum and that the condom is tight at the penis shaft. If these criteria’s are okay, you can get started

Try the following with your foreskin:
Either you insert the foreskin inside the protector cap
or you pull it back before applying it. It depends how you feel more comfortable.

If you have problems applying Phallosan please tell me so i can help you.

If you are able to wear Phallosan for 8-9 hours it would be more then perfect!!! At this time the patient from the clinical trial achieved nearly 5 cm (which is a wow result)

Okay, i have never seen that but it Looks like a really primitive Phallosan to me. No offense there!

It is very important to Stretch the penis constantly, you can compare this with braces (do i spell that right... the things to make the teeth streight!) if you use them for 2 hours or 1 only a day nothing will happen as it Needs a constant pressure. Same with the enlargement of the penis.

you can of course increase the pulling even more than 3 kg with the phallosan but it will not Show that on the traffic light System.
