  • Calling all hangers!!! Need your input

So, I've been on this kick lately of really wanting to increase my length. Manual isn't quite working for me in terms of comfort and being able to stick to a routine, and extenders are starting to prove tiresome just with the research alone, let alone trying to get the darn things on. I've been avoiding it like the plague, but I think it may be time for me to try some hanging. My new job allots for at least an hour of private time a day, so I want to consider this option. Of course, I wanted to get people's input on the subject first.

-So, hangers of the world, what has been your experience with the art form (comfort, results, durability, price etc)?
-What hangers might be suited for someone of my size? (measurements in my signature)
    -What are good newbie routines??
-Most importantly, where do you buy them??

    Thanks for being awesome guys!

I dont yet. I was shopping for one that suits me and its becoming annoying. Seems like I either have to go with something comfortable and easy to use-but with iffy results and a big price tag, OR, something slightly more affordable that's a pain to try and use.

There are either vac-hangers (like the vachanger 3 or the LG hanger) or you have compression hangers (malehanger, bib hanger, many other homemade hangers). Vac-hangers you can hang for long periods, compression hangers there is a maximum of 20 minutes at a time. I think you should be aiming for 2 hours a day hanging if possible, at least 1 hour anyway. Gradually increase weight by 1 lbs a week until you reach fatigue and then stay at that weight until you don't. Hanging is easy.

Hmm, I've been reading that extending complements hanging well, especially in the LG support thread. Of course, that isn't what I really wanted to see since I bought the darn hanger not too long ago and I'm now thinking, "What!? I have to buy more stuff now?" BigO, you reckon I'll be fine without one?

372kid, I can't speak for all hangers, but for the LG, you have to provide measurements and the chamber will be made to fit you. As to the hanging experience, be prepared, because it's something of an ongoing learning experience.

I have been hanging for about a month and I'm still trying to get to used to the feel of it. The intensity is unlike any manual routine I have ever tried. I went with the JP90 then Big Al's Jelq-free routine through meCoach (went as far as doing ULI #3 exercises) and I didn't notice any gains for the 6 months that I did it, so hanging is the final solution. The manual routines always made me feel like I was just playing around with my dick in my hands and never felt intense despite what people often say about the advanced exercises. I also didn't suffer any injuries and erection problems. Anyway, manual stuff probably works for others, but it's just a waste of time for me (sorry Big Al, I appreciated your quick responses to my questions though), so we might be in similar situations.

For hanging, I get very clear feedback. Just today, I got those red spots that I read about. I always thought it was pretty strange to get those from manual exercises such as jelqing since they didn't seem intense enough. I should be okay though as I always do an erection test after every one hour session of hanging and everything is as it has always been, hard and pointing straight up.

So, if anything, intensity is definitely there when it comes to hanging. However, things may get too intense if you're too eager. It has generally been recommended that hangers add 0.5kg (one pound) per week, but I think I'll be increasing in increments of 0.25kg instead like I did when I first started out. I can't say much in terms of results since it's early days. I think most users of the LG expect to see gains after the 8 pound mark. I have no idea why though. The weight where most expect to gain with the BiB hanger seems to be higher, probably because it cannot be worn for too long.

They say that the gains come when you feel the fatigue the most, but I still don't quite understand what that is supposed to feel like. I don't think it refers to the penis feeling exhausted because that sounds a bit silly. I can definitely say though that I did feel some soreness around the base of the penis after hanging, but it went away after a few hours. Maybe that's what fatigue is? See how much there is to learn? I hope that wasn't too discouraging. If anything, you might learn to be more in tune with what's going on with your willy.

good news is that you can use these hangers as extenders as well in case you want to compliment the hanging.

Vachanger 3 will also need measurements, but broken into 3 categories.

+1, I did it for a day.... and to me, it was sort of a joke. No way am I able to commit to it long term, I'm simply too lazy for that. I know money can be an issue, because the idea of investing money for penis enhancement can seem outright silly, since PE can seem a bit nefarious for people just exploring it. I should have went straight to hanging instead of wasting money on an extender.

I tried the 0.25kg route, but simply not enough pull, so skipped to 0.5kg after a few weeks of experimentation. I'm already making some gains after a month of extending and a month of hanging. the first few times, I was skeptical, since I may be measuring wrong, but I'm getting 3/8" increase in BPEL (about 1cm), and even if my measurements are +- 1/4 for instance, it is clear, I'm making gains.

as for red spots, I've gotten red puffyness, but that has been eliminated with better taping. I'm just one of those guys that needs to microfoam tape the glans before vachanging, and I dont have any issues with that. Takes very little time and ensures that my glans is healthy when I hang. Well worth the time.

probably. I relate the fatigue to a stretch. Do a good hamstring stretch, and the sensation you feel afterwards is somewhat similar to the penis fatigue. At the end of an hour, the base of my penis feels like I shouldnt be doing this any longer, the stretch is too much. After the session, this feeling is there for a while, but not a problem. Erection not an issue.

I love hanging. I've tried extending and it's just too much of a pain in the ass for me. Did mecoach for a year, A bunch of manual routines, Have used a bathmate and still do off and on. But hanging is the only thing that I actually enjoy. I can sit in my chair and read a book catch up on administrative stuff for my business, type posts on this forum as I'm doing right now while hanging, or just meditate.

I personally decided to go with a vachanger3 to start hanging because I didn't have to do 20 minute sets. I just bought a lg hanger tonight because I think it will work better for me. I have no experience with compression hangers.

It will take a bit to learn your techniques but it's well worth it. I'm on my 105th day today and still look forward to hanging everyday. Other routines I got bored of real fast.

LG Hanger is tough to beat. Even with just a few pounds you can gain. You can wear it at your desk while sitting. Great product.

A cheap option is the ESL 40. I love this one. I wear it all of the time.. Great for a few pounds. Very comfortable. (Get the hanging version). I think it's $40 or so.

I have an extender. I don't like it.
