    Okay, after messaging my friend PurpleOnes back and forth about my jelqing technique, I thought I would post it up here so everyone else can have a look at it and see if they want to try it out. Basically, it is a modification of UJs. Thanks to rbi99 for coming up with the ultimate jelq, it is a great exercise.

    Okay, I decided to call this exercise "kick in the jelqs" or KITJ for short, after realising I should probably come up with a name for them. Anyway, this exercise should not really be done by anyone without at least 6 months conditioning.

    He writes up really good descriptions of his progress and how they feel, whereas on my journal I am lazy about stuff like that.

    Anyway, here are the differences from normal UJs - Unlike the normal UJs, you do not alter your jelqing hand on each jelq, you jelq with the same hand for a number of reps (between 5 – 10) before changing hands. The non-jelqing hand remains static throughout the set of jelqs. These are best performed with palm facing downwards (overhand grip). Also, I personally only use one finger to dig into the CS, but you can use both if you want, as described in the UJs.

    The following is the steps I described via private mail to PurpleOnes:

    1. Get a semi-erection to perform these. Somewhere between 50-70% erection level, I would not go above this level as these are damn intense!

    2. To begin with, I always keep one hand clamped in place at the base of my penis (e.g. the left hand), while the other hand (e.g. right hand) performs a number of jelqs (5-10 strokes). One hand remains in place, not moving (the left hand), while the other hand does the jelqing.

    3. I have one hand (e.g. my left hand) holding my base with my index finger and middle finger underneath and my thumb on top clamping down. This clamping hand works similar to a clamp, as it forces blood into the penis, allowing for the other hand to squeeze blood up the shaft.

    4. Then with my other hand (e.g. my right hand) I perform the jelq, while keeping my clamped hand (still my left hand) in position. The jelqing hand should form an OK grip with the palm facing down (overhand grip), with the index finger squeezing into your CS. Your dick should be well lubed up. Squeeze tightly and then do a few quick kegels to push your jelqing hand down your shaft.

    5. When your jelqing hand reaches just below your glans, hold it in place there, and do three quick kegels. Then release your hand from your glans and repeat the same jelqing process again. Throughout this process your clamping hand remains in place, you do not release it.

    6. For the next jelq, I jelq again using the same hand (e.g. my left hand), with the same hand clamped at the base (e.g. my right hand). I do several jelqs with this same format, then I switch to the other side, exact same method but just the right hand is now the clamping hand and the left hand is the jelqing hand.

    That is the way I find them really effective, for me anyway. You will see the colour of your cock changing with the blood being forced up. There will be a lot of expansion on your shaft and you will see veins spring up that you have never seen before. They are awesome that way. However, one of the reasons is that I do several jelqs with the same hand is because it is hard to keep your erection level high cos these are intense. So you will need to give your dick a few tugs after 10 reps or so, to wake him up again.

    I would say thank you for mentioning me and I would also want to tell from experience that this exercises is pretty damn intense!

    I guess I was going past the 50-70 erection % which resulted in some bruises so you need to be careful with this exercise.

    The blood rush from each jelq is amazing and I also have noticed a lot of veins while performing modified UJ's.

    Making sure that your not clamping too hard at the beginning of your shaft and ''under the glans area'' is really important.

    I haven't done the 3 kegels during each rep since I feel the exercise is intense enough for me.

    I personally stop after 10 reps with one hand since I tend to squeeze my dick hard and my fingers get tired

    I would say try this exercise and follow the erection % guidelines and maybe add the 3 kegels with in the each rep when you get used to this exercise a bit more.

      Now you have to come with a name!!! I would have trouble keeping my erection nearer to 70%, but on those occasions when I did, I had great workouts.

        Yeh, good point, I need a name for them. I am open to suggestions from people as to what to call them

        I agree, it is hard keeping 70% erection with this exercise and it is quite intense on the dick, but the expansion and veins is awesome when you do. Anything over 70% is going to be risky IMO.

            Wouldn't it be easier if the jelq hand (right) was with a overhand grip? (instead of palm facing up)

              I personally find that they are way easier to do with the palm facing up, because you can get closer to the shaft and I noticed that I have a lot stronger grip this way. I mean the whole point of them is to hit the CS as much as possible, if you are doing the overhand grip as you suggest, your index finger is never going to be as far down as if you did the way I suggest with palm facing up. This is because it would be getting in the way of your other hand which is clamping at your base. Does that make sense?

                  Yes, we are! OK I am volunteering the Mr, I of course will assist. A new jelq I haven't tried assisting with. My assistance is there to regulate the erection quality and to make the workout fun.

                        I don't have a clamp or cock ring, but wouldn't that be a more consistent clamp then using your own grip for doing it? Also, it would then free up both hands in order to alternate jelqs.

                          It could be done with a clamp or cock ring, but the clamp I own is too bulky to perform them with and the cock rings I have are too awkward for it too.

                          I find that using the fingers to clamp as the best approach for me anyway, helps you get really close to the pubic area and can force the blood into the shaft better. I find that clamps or cock rings are only useful at 100% erection exercises at maximum length and expansion. Having a semi in them, the dick is too short to perform jelqing exercises adequately.

                          Each stroke of this exercise, if you include the 3 kegels at the end, is pretty intense as the way I described. But if individuals want to try the exercises with clamps or cock-rings and report back, that is cool. I just described it in this way because that is what works for me best.

                              Nice one, thanks man. Keep me posted about how you get on with it. It is one of the most intense exercises I have ever done.
