Many medical products are not approved by governmental agencies but are recommended by medical professionals. Extenders my not have been tested and/or approved by government health organizations but many doctors recommend them especially for correcting penis curvature. I have also read reports that medical professionals recommend extenders to increase the length of micro penises.

Increasing the size of a guys penis is normally not considered a "pressing" health issue. Accordingly, government agencies are not going to waste their time testing and reporting on the effectiveness of a product used to increase the length of a healthy penis. I seriously doubt you will find any extender with a government certificate of approval.

i suffer from ED and when Viagra stopped working for me, my urologist recommended and prescribed Trimix injections which, after some research, I learned that many guys found it extremely effective. However, Trimix has not been approved by the FDA. In my situation, I would be in a sad state, if I waited until I found an FDA approved ED medication.

Sometimes you need to depend on the preponderance of the evidence rather than government approval. And. Yes. I am a satisfied user of the X4 and have increased my length by an inch

Hi everyone, just to shed some light on this situation and in the spirit of full transparency we would like to offer our take on this thread and the user who made it.

As with any other product, when you have an established brand, there are individuals out there who attempt to make profit off the product you developed. This appears to be the case here.

In 2014, we discovered a company in Australia who was posing as an official Australian affiliate of X4 Labs. We warned this company to stop doing so, and they refused. We since took legal action, and had this company's website removed from web searches. We work hard to protect our brand and our potential customers. We will continue to do so.

If anyone requires actual assistance of how to use their X4 Labs extender, we have a thread set up for that right here on this forum. We will be answering question there today if anyone is interested. We always enjoy helping users get the most out of their devices. After all, results are the foundation of our reputation.

And by the way, the doc knows the cause of my ED - 22 years of diabetes.

i also use both a medically approved (simple medical devices basically need only show that it is properly manufactured and is cost effective) penis pump by Augusta Medical and a "sex shop" pump. Guess which one was responsible for my 1" gain in girth?
