  • (HGH) Release - Isochronic Binaural Beats & PE

    Hey all I've used meditation music for some time now, and since i've been doing PE I actually use the HGH release Binaural Beats while I do my routines. Has anybody ever heard or tried this? I'm reading PE Bible and a few other PE books, and in the PE Bible it says that if you're serious about PE and gaining you have to have HGH. I am not going to be messing with real HGH as I am 24 years old, but I had an idea that maybe listening to this music will help with the mental aspect of gaining and bringing natural HGH into the equation. I at least wanted to share. Thoughts?

    PE Bible is a selling machine. Free beats might help. Buying those things from the PEBible is a waste of money. Free routines right here. Go to the START HERE button and give some routine a try.

      Totally, I was given the book. I agree when you say it's mainly used to generate revenue. I made some EVO oil and have a pretty cool routine going. It's my first time being serious with PE, but I want to stay consistent

            I highly doubt music boosts growth hormone levels. Hell, even natural HGH supplements are a waste of money. The only way to increase your HGH is to get it from an external source (steroids essentially), which isn't really worth the risk. HGH is one of the most dangerous steroids.

              Hey man, binaural beats are pretty cool. They definitely help you achieve meditation and if you go into a deep enough state, I can imagine they stimulate your pituitary gland to release HGH.

              If you enjoy the beats, definitely keep going! but the truth is they will not do much. Your body produces HGH naturally when you get a good night's sleep, and there is nothing that can replace a good night's sleep. It's like saying, "if I listen to beats while working out my muscles will grow better."

              Last thing I have to say - if you read all of the success stories on here, journals, and routines - do you see a lot of talk about binaural beats? They are definitely relaxing which is awesome, but you will get that HGH you require simply by snoozing!

                    Also, I didn't want to post a new thread for this question, but...To all the pros out there: My penis feels strong and I want to continue working out although I already did 2 sessions today. My buddy down there has no signs or symptoms of over training and it feels like it wants another go. From my searching and reading it seems as over training is possibly from a weaker part down there. I do Kegels and JAI stretches throughout the day along with stretching(Baby powder) and jelqing(Homemade EVO oil). Wouldn't my penis be sore or something if I was over training or going to hard. I've been on 4 days no days off yet. Twice a day, never did these exercises before. How do I know if something is messed up from over training or on the opposite side of the gate, how do I know i'm not only "lifting to 50% of my max"? There's no point to PE if it's not being done right because I want the gains. Thanks in advance for the input.

                      Check out the idoser app. It's got some really good binerual beats and lots of em. There is an hgh track but I have not listened to it. I mainly use them for meditation or to help me sleep.
