  • Why do people target ligaments so much for gains

I don't understand the fixation I see in the PE community with Ligament gains when it comes to length. Especially in the hanging community, almost everyone I see hangs straight down.

Gains in ligaments won't get you that far to be honest. I mean biologically, targeting the ligaments doesn't make your erectile body any bigger. It just slips out a little bit more of your dick, probably around half an inch in erect size at most.

Yet I still see very veteraned hangers targeting the ligaments and wondering why they arn't getting any gains after all this time. Its because they revealed as much of your dick as they could through stretching their ligaments.

The primary focus for PE after newbie gains from ligament gains should be the tunica, yet I don't see this focus that often. The tunica directly controls how big your erect size is, that and the chambers within your CC, but the size of your CC is limited by your tunica.

Low hanging fruit, for all but those who are advanced are likely to see significant gains from stretching the ligaments. I mean I've gained a solid inch in Length, a large portion of which will have been due to stretching the ligaments, and I have a feeling that I can get a bit more out of them. I've determined this by feeling around my penis and noticing how much tighter the ligaments are on the right side of my penis.

So, for the vast majority of PEers ligament stretching is the "easiest" way to gain length and a focal point of all kinds of stretching. You even admit it can be .5" for most, that is an 11%increase in length for the average guy.

As for advanced PEers who are hanging, I imagine it is because you keep targeting the ligaments as every increase reveals more existing penis and once you've maxed the ligament increases out those same tensions will continue to apply to the tunica.

How are you proposing that hangers or most PEers separate a stretch on the tunica from a stretch on the ligaments?

The whole penis should be targeted for enlargement, but the ligaments would be the main target in the early to mid stages of progress for lengthening.

Stretch upwards, not downwards. Focus on hanging upwards. All the tension is on the tunica that way. Hang upwards with fulcrums as well that target specific tissues within your shaft. Hanging downwards puts all of the tension on the ligaments.

Yes, it is a more complicated form of hanging and specific to only a subset of PEers, those who hand and are sufficiently advanced to have gotten all of their ligament gains already.

This isn't true. To put stress on the ligaments you have to put the stress on the tunica to get it there. It doesn't matter which direction you are hanging you are putting tension on the tunica. The benefit of hanging downwards is that it puts tension on both.
